The King of the Ring Tournament is so boringly predictable, it’s Cody vs Orton, Cody wins to rematch Cena, wins and has another super boring Championship reign…. Zzzzzzzzzzzzz…

Queen of the Ring much more interesting because at least it’s harder to predict… Tough choice coming up for HHH, Jade or Roxanne? Both newer stars they want to push… Both green as grass, Jade is probably more over with the crowd and has more aura, Roxanne’s a bit better in the ring… Alexa advances but I feel like that has more to do with the Charlotte/Alexa storyline moment than it does the Tournament…

Punk with a great promo, but it’s hard for me to get interested in any match with Cena, never thought much of him in the ring and he’s more or less washed now, Punk isn’t as good in the ring as he once was either… This is a promo rivalry for a match that will just be OK… By far the most interesting thing since Cena’s heel run started though, just based on the strength of Punk’s promos… Honestly just can’t wait until “The Last Time is Now” is actually now… More interested in Peacemaker Cena than wrestler Cena… He won me over as an actor, he never won me over as a wrestler..

Its weird how the hottest thing to come out of John Cena's heel turn, something fans have fantasy booked for two decades, is.... R-Truth vs. John Cena. And they already did it last month, and Truth got let go afterwards, and that caused such a **** storm that they were forced to rehire him and let him be himself, and its honestly hotter than CM Punk vs. John Cena is right now. What a crazy business.

Cody is winning KotR to set up SummerSlam match with Cena

It wasn't a huge surprise that Cody won his KOTR match, and I expected Orton to win his as well, as I knew Bron would cost Knight, but it was interesting that in the opening promo segment Knight did get a chance to insert himself in the top tier mix, and Black really got to stand out in the match with a lot of offence. The final might be Cody vs Orton but I wouldn't be shocked if it's Sami vs Cody, given the show is in Saudi.

I figured Jade would win her QOTR match given the other 3 who were in it, but Michin and Piper carried the bulk of it. The other match was harder to guess between Alexa and Charlotte, and the finish was well done, I'm glad Alexa qualified. Roxy is already one of the best workers on the roster so she'll carry Jade to a solid match, which I'm guessing Jade will win, the other semi final is harder to predict as we don't know if Asuka or Stephanie will be in it, but I'm hoping it'll be Asuka, as the window of opportunity to do Iyo vs Asuka is there.

The promo from Naomi was good, she's really stepped up with this heel run, but please tell me the aftermath didn't set up Tiffy vs Nia again, for Night of Champions?

You can tell Jacob is fully face now as he opened his promo with the city name drop lol, obviously next week he'll tell Solo where to shove it and set up their US title match at Night of Champions.

Punks promo was excellent, as was Cena’s opening Mount Rushmore tactician promo that opened the show. I'm not sure how things will go down at Night of Champions, but this is the best thing on Cena's retirement tour so far.

Los Garzas won the AAA Tag Team Titles. They had beaten the previous title holders, who are the brother and cousin of El Cuatrero, the ex of Stephanie Vaquer and let's just say that things did not end well between them. Honestly, I'm surprised that he's still allowed to use the spear. I've seen kids that have performed better spears than Jey. It also doesn't help that you have the likes of Bron and even Roman giving out stronger spears in comparison.

Had this taken place 20 years ago, I feel like Jey would've been sent back to OVW for more training.
