There is still a chance that Pat McAfee does announcing for WrestlePalooza tomorrow, as he's in Miami today and tomorrow morning, and it's a 3 hour flight from Miami to Indy according to Google.

The ESPN app shilling on Smackdown was gross, it sent a pungent whiff of unwashed hobo anus throughout the show, poor R Truth, I hope he got a nice bonus for those segments.

I'm guessing Tiffany isn't cleared yet so they've pushed the triple threat for the Women's WWE title to next week instead of Wrestlepalooza, but they could have put Sami vs Melo on Wrestlepalooza, that was a really good match.

The Brons vs Fraxiom was a fun match and the Women's tag title match was solid, despite there being zero doubt over the outcome.

Drew and Cody did as much as they could to sell the WWE title match with such a limited build, Drew's promo in particular took an interesting angle.

It was noticeable that they mentioned on commentary several times that Cena vs Lesnar is opening Wrestlepalooza, and then they also said several times that Cody vs Drew was the main event, interesting choice as its arguably got the least heat of the 5 matches, despite being for the WWE title.

It actually makes me think Drew might win, sure they can go off air with the corporate face of the company holding the top title for the close of their 1st ESPN PLE, but you'd think they might want to finish on something more memorable.

I hope Drew wins. Cody doesn't need to finish his story anymore, and the final boss is nowhere in sight. Cody could lose. I doubt it, but it's a possibility these days. Would be a big moment for the Espn debut.

If you are talking about the Brons vs. the Usos, not sure why THAT match would go on last over Brock vs. Cena or the mixed tag with the big return of AJ, or the WWE title match.

100% I knew she was going to lose tonight but that was like Shawn Michaels putting over Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania 21, fantastic match, and I can see Iyo and Rhea going after the tag titles to give Stephanie room with the title.

Terrible mess of a match. But I loved seeing AJ again.

That was fun, when you're so over you can get pops for punches and suplex reversals, and it was nice to see old school heeling instead of chasing the hug, Seth and Becky absolutely understood the mission, and AJ did really well for someone who hasn't been in the ring in a decade. I liked how they got some of the tandem stuff going, and how the guys and girls worked each other without the guys having to take foolish looking bumps or having to actually strike the women, it was smartly worked.

The announced before the Women's World title match that the champions from each brand will be facing each other at Crown Jewel again, so it became obvious that Stephanie and Cody would be winning.

Solid main event with a finish that played off the angle that started the feud, I'm guessing this is the first in a series of matches between Cody and Drew.

Putting the title on Stephanie Vaquer was the right call. Yes, of course, Iyo is great and awesome, but she's a multiple time champion already and she'll get another title reign again but it's time for La Primavera. Iyo is now in a position where she can afford a loss.
