You want to talk indy wrestling, you're speaking my language. Promotions I follow:
AAW
AIW
ROH
PWG
Some wrestlers I follow very closely at the moment:
Kevin Steen
Adam Cole
Shane Hollister
Tommaso Ciampa
Michael Elgin
ACH
The Young Bucks
Kyle O'Reilly
Drake Younger
Willie Mack
Uhaa Nation
Just to name a few.
It's my 4 year Anniversery here on the Hype and I just want to let you guys know that this thread is truly the one reason I went from a long-time lurker, to signing up and why stick around. I'm here everyday, whether I post or not and I do read everyone's posts.
I know I never say anything game changing or thought provoking and you guys put up with my lame attempts at jokes, but I enjoy the fun we have with each other and here's to the many years to come.
The one thing I worry about is that the "Punk" protest chants will replace the "Daniel Bryan!" and "YES!" chants, and so WWE will rationalise this as Daniel Bryan's heat blowing over and use it as an excuse to not bother booking him anywhere near the WrestleMania main event. Punk left, among other things, out of frustration over the mistreatment of Daniel Bryan. The way to show solidarity for him isn't to chant his name, it's to chant Bryan's.
The Indies I follow the NWA SoCalPro and Championship Wrestling from Hollywood.
Willie Mack is awesome. Also PPRay are a great tag team. So is Anchors Away.

Willie Mack is awesome. Met him at PWG Ten last year and was a really chill dude. If WWE ever signed him, I can see him being an even better Mark Henry.
This what worries me, come Monday Night and Daniel Bryan tries to start a Yes chant, and instead fans start chanting for CM Punk.
After hearing the NXT fan reaction, I CANNOT wait for the upcoming RAW. It's going to be smarky as hell in a town that probably isn't even a smark town.
I heard it's gonna be in Omaha. Lot of kids, but I expect a smarky crowd.![]()
Would Daniel Bryan's look help him with Vince IF he went short haired and clean shaven again or at least shaved head with light beard?

Thanks! I feel like Triple H after his 02 Rumble return. Now I gotta bury ALL OF YOU!![]()

But weren't they complaining that he looked too "Vanilla" when he didn't have the unkempt look he has now?
Funny thing is, I wonder if Cena would have become Vince's pet project had it not been for his increased muscle mass by 2004 and 2005?
I mean look at Cena in 2002 and how small he was and take into account that he's not even taller than Shawn Michaels and barely taller than X-Pac. Interesting that there's a chance Vince's muscle fetish would have caused Vince to overlook him in different circumstances since HHH was already backstage saying Cena wouldn't make it.
