WWE is taping several weeks of NXT television tonight in Winter Park, FL at their Full Sail University location. According to PWInsider.com, loud CM Punk chants started before the taping began, and carried into the event itself. According to a Wrestlezone reader who sent in a tip, the show was actually delayed until the chants for Punk calmed down; at least enough to drown out with music and commentary.

Additionally, those working the event have been confiscating CM Punks signs from fans in the crowd. This has to be one of the first times WWE has ever taken signs for an employee that is still technically under contract with the company.

Wrestlezone will have complete results from tonight's NXT television taping later tonight when they become available.

They can say that a new era is very much needed but the Authority is not really moving forward except their own plans and it's hurting the company/roster and the fans

There’s been a lot of speculation as to how the recent Daniel Bryan controversy and fans speaking out will cause WWE to change their booking plans. So far all signs indicate that WWE won’t be changing anything due to Bryan. If anything, CM Punk leaving is causing Bryan’s opponent to be changed from Sheamus to Triple H.

With that said, word is that it was pitched in a creative meeting this past week to have Bryan win the WWE World Heavyweight Title inside the Elimination Chamber and then go on to defend it against Batista and WrestleMania XXX. A source says that Vince McMahon was “having none of it” when the idea was brought up.

After seeing that Prince Devitt intro a few pages back I decided to watch the match. I gave up halfway through. I've never seen a Devitt match, so can someone post something good of his? He was interesting in the match, but I just couldn't stand what I was watching.

I thought his matches with Adrian Neville, Alex Shelley and Okada were entertaining. Though the Neville match got really spotty near the end.

20 bucks says that if the main event for Mania is still "Orton vs Batista", and ends with people throwing stuff in the ring, the commentators will be told to say on how it's the WWE universe trying to show their appreciation to Batista by starting the celebrations early.
