Anyone here a Heath Slater fan?
So a bit of fantasy booking....
What if Cesaro's kinda shoot was planned? It could be the beginning of a trade tha balances things out a bit.
-Orton and Lesnar on different shows makes it difficult to build their SS match without completely making the draft look useless.
-Zayn & Owens need to be separated as the way the fued has been set up makes so they can never stop fighting each other.
-Owens and Cesaro do not have much room to move up on Raw.
So here is my scenario.
At Battleground Zayn vs. Owens ends in a double dq. they continue brawling all over the arena until they are separating by Foley and others. Foley and Steph talk later which leads to a last man standing match being booked between the two for Summerslam to end their fued. Foley comments that he's seen the hatred in their eyes before and even that won't settle it. It was a mistake to draft both men on the same show and they need to be separated before they tear each apart and continue to disrupt shows.
The next night on Raw, Steph announces a blockbuster trade, Owens/Cesaro to Smackdown for Orton to Raw. I think this balances things out a bit and solves the Zayn/Owens & Lesnar/Orton issues all in one swoop.
I know it's kind of a loaded week, but did anyone else catch Day 1 of the G1 Climax and Super J Cup?
So you hate me then? LOL Seriously though, Cena and Orton's total lack of chemistry is almost disturbing.I can co-sign this approach. I personally want to keep Cena and Orton off the same show.
My problem with Cena has always just been how he was booked and pushed but nothing against him in the ring except no selling often.
Didn't mind him as the top guy but for that long and being a 14 time wwe champion is such bs, he should have only been on top from 2006-2009 and then CM Punk or Edge should have replaced him followed by Daniel Bryan.
Isn't that medicine for ADHD? How's that a bad thing?
so, RAW will be getting its own world title?
Da Mack vs. TJP was my favorite match of this week's cruiserweight classic.
There was a lot of showboating but both guys had the talent to back it up.

The length of Cena on top wasn't nearly as bad as how stale his character became. He became "aw, shucks" character that kept winning. I understand the logistics on why WWE didn't turn him heel (Make-A-Wish) and the merchandising, but a heel turn would have been awesome. And to be honest, he didn't even need to be a heel. He just needed to be a no-nonsense face. For as much crap that Rock/Cena I and II got, we received fresh material from Cena. I enjoyed his promos. He wasn't a super babyface. Only Hogan could be a true super babyface and it'll never happen again.
Cena is fascinating in one respect at least. For as much as some people complain about his limited move set, he seems to raise his game a lot when he's facing top-tier talent. In fact, he's usually at his best in those situations. His best matches tend to be against the likes of HBK, and Chris Jericho, and CM Punk, and Daniel Bryan, and JBL (the latter just for the sheer brutality of them. I still love that "I Quit" Match that they had, so delightfully bloody and brutal), etc. And yeah having world-class talent as your opponents helps a lot, but it's not like he doesn't bring his best in those situations. He contributes.
It's why his first match with AJ being so, underwhelming, was a bit of a surprise for me. I kind of wonder if their timing was just off, or if he was rusty after being on the shelf for so long, or whatever. I think that their next match will be better.
