You know this is the 80th time weve been let down like this before, alot of Marvel films are overhyped, so that us stupid fans will just keep throwing money away. With Arad calling fans 'idiots' and the amusement park move to the United Arab Emirates, Im kinda getting the feeling that maybe Marvel doesnt like us.![]()

2. Venom killing innocents? That's totally unlike the character.

4. Peter randomly going into the church and randomly figuring out that sound hurts the symbiote?![]()
the british reporter at the battle royale...as Sandman's hammer starts to pound down on Spiderman as Venom holds him down...and then...
"It's really...hard...to watch whats happening"
This part made me sink in my seat a little...WTF!?
Seriously, tell me what they could have done at that point? In fact, what would you do if you were in their situation?
They just stood there. The father who's a police captain and the boyfriend just stood there. Their behavior was very insensitive, apathetic, indifferent, uncaring...so how could you not say WTF?!?
to be honest, although much derided, i thought the dance scene was one of the few scenes in this misguided (not bad, just, to quote kermode, a MESS) film that worked well. The birth of sandman scene was one of the best uses of CGI i have ever scene, really it was fantatsic. Other than that, very little worked.
A HUGE dissapointment after spidey 2 - the fault lies exclusively and only with the scipt
On topic - did anyone else laugh loud at the quick shot of willem dafoe's alternate -screaming-portrait? meant to be creepy, just stupid!
When a lady at Spider-Man day on the stage grabs her head with her hands and shakes it side to side when Gwen announces Spider-Man.
WTF
expression on her face. Honestly, it really was a WTF moment for me.I think the Battle Royale with NO people around at all, no reporters, no annoying kids, would've been so much serious.
D!
i hate how Spider-Man always takes his frickin' mask off while he's fighting. i hate that! there's spectator's watching for christ sake!

it must have some kind of trakind device... o wait, another use of the spider senseWait wait. Are you gonna tell me you don't have your 'own' church where you usually go? (if you are religious or not, doesn't matter, you get the point).
Besides, it was in the comics. If that part of the film wasn't like this, then you'll be complaining about not being completely true to the origin of Venom.
What are you all complaining about now?
D!

lol. yeah, that lady went over the top with the acting.HAHAHA, after reading all these posts I was thinking to myself, you know i thoroughly enjoyed the film and I didnt have a WTF moment, until you mentioned this.
I distinctly remember this scene, she grabbed her head and shaked it side to side with aWTF
