Its more likely that Disney would end their contract with EA and get a multiplatform developer to make future star wars games. Disney isn't going to abandon half of the game market just because Microsoft wants to buy EA.

Disney seem ok with Sony releasing Spider-man only on PS4 so I don’t know if it’s 100% clear cut. Of course Sony have a much tighter grip on Spider-man than EA/Microsoft would have on Battlefront.

It would really depend on Disney's contract with EA. I don't know how much longer they have with it? But lets say they have a contact to work with them for the next 5 years, and this EA/Xbox deal goes through in under a year, then yes, EA's Battlefront could potentially be an Xbox exclusive.
