He's achieved a lot in a short space of time taking a disaster-box into something that is already a good console. What can he achieve if he is given a long term shot over 10 years or more?!

The focus shift within the Xbox division has been incredible since Phil took over. He's focusing on the core and expanding out from there, rather than assuming the core fan base will just be there.

I mean I don't know if the consistent updates, the social media outreach etc where all planned from the jump, or how much of that was Phil, but since his takeover, MS has just been doing and saying the right things.

Im still waiting for the "well, iv given the X1 a few weeks, and unfortunately iv gotta return it, again, i just told myself i don't need 2 consoles...."
