Yup yup and tbh I'm thinking Taika is not the guy to redeem this franchise, I'm not very confident in This movie at all

The franchise as a whole, and the character are quite healthy. The second film was simply a misstep in my opinion. Using terms like "redeem" is a bit much to my eyes and ears.
