She's a very recent addition to the Thor mythos and I'd be very shocked if there were already plans to incorporate her into the movies.

The revelation that she was Thor's sister happened in what, 2014?

Winter Soldier hit a lot of notes. Political thriller for the oldies, continuity for the geeks, Cap action for the casual demo and the kiddies, and Black Widow for everyone into boobs and ass.

Like I said, I'm well aware of the fact that most people love WS. I'm just not one of those people. There are folks out there who consider movies like TDK and X-Men DoFP to be overrated. I don't see why I can't have similar feelings towards WS.

I've dug all of Thor's costumes so far. And that's pretty much the same for me with all the MCU costumes, with the obvious exception of Cap's in Avengers...

I think they totally upped the ante with the costumes in Phase 2.

I think Loki will be the one who (using his dark magic) will teleport the Hulk to Asgard/Muspelheim/Neffleheim to help save the realm from destruction. He can't rule a destroyed world.

I expect alot of CGI to showcase the Fire Demons/Giants and other baddies so adding a CGI Hulk would make sense in this movie too.

Manowar, that makes much more sense to me than Thor or or Heimdall bringing him to Asgard. Or it could Amora or even Surtur that abduct and try to control him. Hulk could very well start this movie fighting for the wrong side.

Also, another mysterious source has popped up and stated Valkyrie will definitely be in Thor: Ragnarok. Not too much of a surprise for me, personally (I was 90% sure we would be seeing Valkyrie) But this sound like they setting her up to become the next major character, maybe taken over the Asgardian films when Hemsworth retires. Very Exciting.

I think that was what they were going for in his costumes. The one he wore in Thor 1 was clean and pristine because he hadn't been doing a lot of fighting but the one in TDW was dirty and dinged up because he'd been going around the Nine Realms helping to quell different incursions.

^That's exactly the reason. It's also why Lady Sif's costume looks more dirty and scuffed up in TDW (because she'd been fighting constantly for at least a year), whereas it was much more shiny and pristine-looking in AOS S1 (because Asgard is not at peace). And yes, it was the same costume.

She's also got ties to GOTG, and her origins are such that you'd almost need an entire film to delve into them. Trying to squeeze that into an already-crowded Thor movies is probably not a good idea.

Seems likely, actually.
They may be drawing from the newer Ragnorok Run..the most recent arc where Thor ends the cycle. Iron man, Cap, and Beta Ray Bill were in it.

Seeing as there won't be Herc, or BRB, it seems likely that Hulk could take their role.

I'd find it funnier if Loki got one back on Hulk, in some manner.

I'm curious as to why you think Hulk's presence hints towards the absence of Surtur?

Just because, it's too much. I only see it working if Hulk is part of the story, and is playing "full asgardian" in terms of the plot, and relevance to the story. With the Hulk rumor, these new character introductions the obvious use of Thanos (since this is the last film prior to infinity war), and the fact that the norns talked about the infinity stones leads me to think that Thanos is taking Surtur's place and that Ragnarok is simply the start of the infinity war.

In fact, Age of Ultron was the start of something bigger. What if the cycle of "Ragnarok" starts with the Age of Ultron, and ends with Infinity War?

Dunno man, the only reason I see use of Surtur is because "Ragnarok". It already is packed enough. Loki and Thanos will be baddies in it, what would Surtur's role be?

Doesn't make me wrong, either. It just annoys me that most MCU fans seem to think of Winter Soldier as a being above reproach and respond to any legitmiate criticism of it with fire and sword.

This seems to be the sentiment around here and among the "fan boys" and yet critics and general audiences enjoyed the earth scenes the most and felt that the second half was the best part of the film. Go figure.

For me,the movie really starts to fly the moment Thor brings Jane to Asgard,like in the Avengers when Thor flies on the Quinjet. BUT,I could have done it without the 'MewMew' joke.

Asa Hulk fan I hope the rumours of him being in this are true. It sounds like they may give the Sentry/Hulk friendship in the comics to Their and Hulk, which would quite cool to see.

Was really hoping we would get Beta Ray Bill in this but as a Hulk fan I can't argue if he is taking BRB's place.
