I think some of the events of Ragnarok must be roughly contemporaneous to Civil War, as Thor and Hulk are missing during that time, but I don't know exactly.

Comic-Con isn't just DC and Marvel.
DC (Warner Bros. to be precise) is scheduled at 11:30AM, while Marvel is at 5:30PM.
