So Ragnarok is set 4 years after TDW and Loki has been pretending to be Odin the entire time.

Hulk has now become the dominate personality and doesn't want to leave Sakaar because he believes it's better than anything Banner has ever done. He's been perma-Hulked for the past couple years so has the vocabulary of a 2-year old.
