I notice shaky cam instantly and it annoys the hell out of me. I can't stand any director that uses it and especially the ones who abuse it. The camera was even shaking when Clark and Jonathan were just standing there having a normal conversation. How does shaking the camera add to the conversation? And what value does it add to an action scene or a fight scene? Combine it with hyper-editing and it creates an incoherent mess on the screen.
This is what ruined the film for me, it kept making me lose focus on the story. Felt like I was watching something recorded on an iphone.
