It's possible I suppose because in the trailer for next weeks episode your hear someone say "he's back!" but in truth I would prefer if they got a completely new character.

Ha! I knew they would kill Owen. They actully made him likeable in the Adam episode which means without a doubt they have to kill him. It turned out he was an ass because he had mummy issues!

Also when Ianto started freaking out after Adam made him a serial killer I couldn't stop laughing. It was hilarious when he did his Ted Bundy voice.

Although Owen has never been shown romancing another man, he did make a couple offhand bisexual comments during the first season.

Because in RTD's ideal world, everyone is bisexual of course.

Very first episode. Owen snags an alien pheromone super-cologne from Torchwood, and uses it for a night on the town. He goes to a bar/pub, sees a woman he wants to shag, and sprays himself with the super-cologne. This drives the woman mad, making her instantly want to have him right then and there. As Owen and the woman exit the bar/pub/club, her boyfriend approaches, and threatens to beat the living snot out of Owen. Owen then sprays some more of that super-cologne on himself, causing the man to go crazy for him. Owen then eagerly calls a taxi, and takes both people home for some hot monkey bi-sex.

Yay, Owen's dead! I was genuinely shocked that they did that. I'm guessing he'll somehow come back in an episode or two, but still, good moment.

I also saw "Adam" yesterday. Crappy episode all around. It reminded me that RTD needs to finally start offering some answers about Jack, too. Why couldn't he remember his family before Adam came along? I understand he repressed the bit about losing his brother and father, but does that mean he repressed everything about his family? Doesn't he ever wonder where the **** he came from if that's the case? Besides, I don't think such large-scale repression based on one traumatic event is even possible. And what the **** is Jack's real name? Blargh, I want to know more but RTD won't give us anything!
