One thing you can infer from the episode titles is that the series will not only start with a three parter but end with one as well.

You can also imply what some of the episodes will be about. Like "Guardian Angel" will obviously be about Angel. "Aces and Eights" Im sure will be about Gambit. And I think "Shades of Grey" will have something to do with Jean, since usually the color is spelled as gray not grey, so this could be about her.

Jean is never stated as being "dead" in the show, simply "missing" like Xavier.

It's implied that she could be around somewhere but the X-men can't find her. Beast is unable to locate her.

Emma Frost is able to locate Xavier, but not Jean . . . at first. She plays to Scott that she can find Jean, but it looks like she is trying to manipulate Scott more than anything else.

I thought this was based on the movies because of the trailer and because I didn't read any spoiler or info about it. Jean and Xavier were missing after an explotion that happened one day, it wasn't because of Jean, they were like... chilling at the mansion and then BOOM, they disappeared. These first episodes where about wolverine and Beast trying to get all the X men back together, first they got Bobby, then Kitty, Emma joined the team (but wolverine wasn't too happy about it, he's very suspicious about her) then Scott, and finally Storm. In today's episode they've just found Xavier who is in a coma, apparently he wakes up 20 years later, when he wakes up he starts sending messages to the Xmen from the future, to warn them about upcoming events so they can prevent them, (In this future all the Xmen have died) It's kind of confusing.

I like Beast the most, he's more willing to fight in this.

And Rogue is acting all emo, she's upset because Logan left her and she doesn't want to follow a leader who can't stay in one place, She joined the brotherhood.

I don't know why but I like Toad, he looks so cute in this one. :P

Having said this I can't wait for "Aces and Eights"

Because it's my understanding the first 4 episodes aired in Brazil I think in Spanish.

You are correct. Someone over on the CBR (www.comicbookresources.com) X-Men forums posted the links to the videos on youtube, and they are not dubbed (they are in Spanish).

I think the actual art work is good. However im not liking the whole wolverine and the x-men thing. I love wolverine more then most but I wanted them to create a show closer to the first xmen that aired on fox. That show had it all, n I was extremely caught up with it. That was a deep show not just a cartoon. But this looks to be as painful as "the batman"....I am tryin to stay optimistic

The "Wolverine being the leader" thing is a little distracting in the show sometimes. I found myself thinking "why isnt Cyclops doing that? Oh wait yeah" a bunch of times. Its just that Wolverine shouldnt be leading the team and its pretty out of character for him. But its not that bad and I can get past it.

The show is pretty good, I like it. And I dont think its going to be anything like The Batman. For one, it isnt an origin story ad I like that. The X-men are already a team, and they've already fought all the iconic villains and other characters (or atleast some of them). The show drops you in the story and doesnt make you go through the whole origin of everyone. You kind of just figure out who everyone is and figure out their powers and all that (if it was someone new).

Not only does she play a big part in episode 4, she also rejoins the team in that episode. So yeah, that makes me happy. However, it still doesn't excuse the fact that they used the white evil non-mutant crappy Ultimate version of John Wraith, and not the ORIGINAL 616 black heroic version of the character. So I'm still pissed off about that and how Marvel has been crapping all over MOST of their black mutant characters of African descent.

I did not know that. Someone (either on this forum or a different forum) who saw this series at comicon said that it was John Wraith. If that's the case, then I take back ALMOST everything I said about this cartoon in regards to the treatment of black MUTANT characters of African descent.

Eh, ever since the Ultimate Universe was created Marvel has been using elements of it outside of the comics (animated series, movies, etc.) as an alternative to 616. It's usually whichever they feel worked better of was more popular. It's obvious Marvel has a liking to Ultimate Nick Furry furry hence the use of him outside of the comics (most notably in the newly created movie-verse. So I don't see the point in complaining over the use of Ultimate John Wraith as opposed to 616.
