Yeah, it's a shame. Cassaday's art isn't even a great fit for this kind of book. I'd much rather see someone with a bit more energy to their art take over.
Which arc are you interested in? The Asgard-heavy one coming up next?![]()

Moondragon turned him into her love-slave at one point.
IDK, didn't the Skull seem just a tad too powerful with Xavier's brain? Thor literally became his ***** and Cap was running around in circles all issue. Is/was Xavier really that powerful? Is it because he never used his powers for evil (except Onslaught, if you want to count that) or did perhaps the Skull do some extra tinkering with it in the laboratory beforehand.
I always figured Xavier could do whatever he damn well pleased but just refused to use his powers so aggressively for ethical reasons. The narration says much the same when Wolverine's trying to kill the Skull, about how the world was fortunate that Xavier's power was born into a man as morally righteous as Xavier rather than a d-bag like the Skull. (I may be paraphrasing a bit there.)
Thor's tough to mind-control, but it's happened before. Moondragon turned him into her love-slave at one point. Plus, this time he had both the Skull and Honest John working on him.

Any particular reason for that, other than just being one of the perks of being a god?Thor's tough to mind-control, but it's happened before. Moondragon turned him into her love-slave at one point. Plus, this time he had both the Skull and Honest John working on him.
