Veronica Mars

24 would be waste of time as a movie.

Papa's Cabin
Veronica discovers Tim Foyle breaking into Mars Investigations. While Keith is questioning Mindy O'Dell she realizes from what he says that Hank Landry killed her husband. Wallace sees Logan and Parker having lunch together.

I missed the first 46 minutes, Anyway, go Ronnie.:( And see, Logan asked about parker.:csad:

Liked seeing a big mystery arc end without Veronica being in danger of death or rape, kinda refreshing. Good to see Logan asking Veronica if she'd be ok with Logan and Parker going out.

One of the best lines of the night
Stripper: Do I look like I smoke?
Tim: ....Yes.

The way he said it was great. I dont know who was better; Tim Foyle or Lucky. Lucky was crazy as hell, but Tim had a better relationship with Veronica. Sure, he was a murderer, but...

Did the preview at the end say we have six more new episodes this season? We've had 15 so far. 15+6=21. I thought we were supposed to have only 20.

there was a preview? Damn my impatience and channel flipping ways. :cmad:

Some background on Julie Gonzalo(Parker) from tv.com

JulieGonza_Cohen_9856642_400.jpg

The breath taking, blonde 25 year old; born in Argentina, when her family decided to move to Miami, Florida where she didn’t speak a word of English. She says “The hardest part about moving here (the States) was the language…I learned at school – and by watching TV.”

Although she may be blonde and blue eyed that doesn’t stop her very fluent Spanish or the love she feels for Argentina. She's breaking the stereotype for White Latinas everywhere, letting the world know that not all Latin women look like JLo some are cute, blonde blue eyed beauties.

“Lot’s of people see me and are surprised because they imagined a different type. Like Julie Gonzalo doesn’t suit my body. They’d ask me ‘Where are you from? I’d say, Argentina; they’d reply ‘Your family is from Argentina.’ I’d reply ‘No I was born there and for me it’s a privilege to be able to communicate with two different markets both English and Spanish.”

Well we think she's great!!

Her first role in a motion picture was as Cherry Moss in the 2001 “The Penny Game”. In 2002 she started as Eve in the television movie “I'm with Lucy” with Monica Potter. Then in 2002/2003 she went to Los Angeles, where she landed the role of Kim Modica in the WB series "Greetings from Tucson". In 2003 appeared, as Brooke in the WB pilot of “Exit 9” and the role of Vicki in “Special”. In that same year landed the supporting role of Stacey Hinkhouse in the Disney movie “Freaky Friday” starting Jamie Lee Curtis, Chad Michael Murray and Lindsey Lohan.

Julie also appeared in several episodes of "Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" in 2003. Then in 2004 she started in the TV pilot "Drake & Josh" as Tiffany Margolis. She continued her career with the supporting role in “A Cinderella Story” as Shelby with actors Chad Michael Murray and Hillary Duff. The film was released in June 2004. Also released that summer was 20th Century Fox's "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story" where she appears as Amber and meet the co-starts Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn and Christine Taylor.

In April 2004, she started in Twentieth Century Fox / UPN's half hour comedy pilot "Me Me Me". Also that same year, she started in the movie “Christmas with the Kranks” as Blair Krank, the daughter Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis. This film was released in Christmas 2004. In 2005 she appears in the Warner Bros. film, Must Love Dogs starring Diane Lane, John Cusack, and Dermot Mulroney.

As for 2006 she is starring in the CW series "Veronica Mars" as Parker. Julie has already completed the pictures “Cherry Crush” as Desiree Thomas, “Silent Night” as Lucy and “Saving Angelo” as a receptionist. She's is to appear in most of the upcoming episodes of "Veronica Mars" and it looks like she has a bright future ahead of her and many more appearances to come!

Julie Gonzalo...I'd hit it.

Cool...

Funny, I had the TA pegged for the rapes, but I totally forgot about him this time around. Well played.

A couple weeks ago they were filming the show right by where I live in san diego. I know they filmed here and ppl here work on the show but never saw it b4. I thought it was a movie, there were like 7 huge trucks and big huge spotlights on cranes and they made the streets all wet so they'd look shiny at night. It was in front of a restaurant/bar place and she had longer hair than i thought...it was a big production, bigger than i expected for a TV show. I thought it was Steven Spielberg or something.

not really just her standing there doing nothing...i think they were adjusting the lighting cuz there was an umbrella/box thing behind her....but i was surprised u could just walk by, the street was blocked for traffic but people could walk by on the other side....i was gonna take a pic but i didnt have my cell phone on me...the coolest part was how much of a production it was....the lighting they used and the wet street really made it look cool, cooler than normal--too bad they done have those lights there all the time

I heard the season finishes up in May after that 'search for the next doll" show ends.

^I thought it would be the Tuesday after next.
