Not just as a Superman fan, but as a fan of a few DC characters, i hope that Justice League movie never sees the light of day until at least one more Batman and Superman movie, and at least solo movies for GL, Flash and Martian Manhunter.

I agree, but a Martian Manhunter movie? I don't think so. What about a Wonder Woman movie? She is much more well-known and popular. Girls also need a strong female heroine to look up to.

The report from IESB is what I tend to believe is happening now. At least lets hope so. So I take they have read the GL script or have read a draft or Sanchez was informed that the script is kick a$$? I would accept Miller directing the GL movie ahead of the less experienced Berlanti. Berlanti can remain as a producer/writer. My personal choice for directing the GL movie would be Alex Proyas though.

You think it awful? Look at "Singer's Superman Sucks" blogs. Those guys keep calling Singer & others as "f--", calling others for liking it as Homo (they refer this forum at SuperHomo), they bash this guy (who is French btw) who want a sequel to SR by mocking him for being from France, etc. I'm disgust as why they do nothing but bash people with gay slur & others talk than talking about what they want in a Superman film. They don't sound like Superman fans with how vulguar they are. Not to mention they're immature kids who need help. I bet Superman would be piss at them for being fans of him, but acting like Lex Luthor instead.

I have my problems with SR but to me they are directorial choices that he made as a film maker, none of the choices reflect his sexuality, i think it's a scapegoat excuse.

Yep. Directors always use their own vision with characters when filming a movie. That what directing is about: making a film with your vision. Of course, not everyone is going to like it. But you can't please everyone. It go for all directors on comic book films.

One thing people are forgetting is that ET, Terminator, Star Wars are their OWN creation so they can do whatever the hell they want with their proprierties. SUPERMAN doesnt belong to Singer so THAT`S A HUGE DIFFERENCE!

Really? Batman wasn't created by Nolan either & we all know that The Dark Knight was one of the best comic book movie ever made. He didn't even keep it the same as the comics like Singer did for Superman & X-Men. Nice excuse there. t:

Co-sign to the maximum on this. I loved Dark City and The Crow and know that with a good script, Proyas can deliver a solid film that will pace well and impress visually. I, Robot didn't have the greatest plotline for me, but Proyas was so good that I forgot how much Will Smith usually irritates me for about two hours. I'd love a stand-alone G.L. movie. The talk of a JLA film is irritating beyond belief, to me at least. Lantern deserves a great solo picture and has WAY too big of a backstory to have him lumped in as a second-tier character in a JLA film.

Well its good to hear something, interesting that they would put the clark kent cameo in the script. You know what though, I think something like this would get the GA excited again about the character and if worst comes to worst they just cut the scene from the movie. I think a wonder woman movie is a no brainer, I just think the approach that it has to be at least a 150 million dollar production is wrong. If they keep it within 80-100 million the movie will be profitable if their so scared to have a movie with a female heroine. The best comparison is underworld.

They really don't need to use Brandon. They could get anybody to play Clark in a cameo. It depends what film universe they are going with. Would they be fitting the Green Lantern Universe with Singer and Nolans? Or is this totally seperate? Maybe the Justice League Universe?
