I hate how easy and quick words like 'Cancer, hypocrisy, double standard' and the like are thrown at a whim.

when I moved back to NY we were staying at a lady who rents rooms out of her house and her neighbor who had a long driveway NEVER used it, he purposely parked his cars so no car could park in front or back of them so neighbors were parking 4 houses away. and according to local PD it is not a crime to be an jerk, if he was blocking a driveway YES he would be fined.

No, the 80s and 90s generation didn't have cell phones. There's no way of knowing how parents and grandparents would have behaved had their lives revolved around cell phones and social media.
