What games do you want during the next generation?

Adventure Time game similar to Zelda

Marvel vs Capcom 4
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3
A Spider-Man Free Roam game that has a good development cycle
A Daredevil Free Roam game (Same as above)
Left 4 Dead 3
Star Wars: Republic Commando sequel
Solo Marvel fighter by Capcom
Solo Capcom fighter (Capcom vs Capcom if you will)
A bunch of cool new IPs that I can't imagine (Put this here so I don't look like a sequel ****e)

Yes...hell yes, to a Daredevil game!

Something like WWE's creation system with some little big planetesque level of customization where you can make stages characters etc.Like Fighter Maker, but more user friendly.

Ah, I see. That would be interesting.

I was thinking more like a full blown CG game, but I do want to try that.I just need to get a DS.

I'd kill for someone to make a truly epic Action RPG Adventure Time game. That 3DS game, and the ones coming to consoles sound cool, but I doubt either are quite what I envision. Hopefully, they're both good: they've been doing a good job with keeping the AT franchise good.

I hope we finally get that AAA Spider-Man game. It would be nice to see Batman have some competition.

I want a great Superman title.

Ohh yeah, this is a good one. Not an easy feat I'm betting, but it's got to be done at some point. Superman deserves his Arkham more so than any other character.

Yea absolutely. Someone has to be able to translate the character for video games

It would be a lot easier if Superman wasn't a boring, borderline omnipotent character. You pretty much have to resort to stuff like giving every single enemy kryptonite or the "weird alien robot" cliche in superhero games.

Not necessarily. Superman has definitely been made powerful to the point of god-like abilities over the last 40 odd years, but he wasn't always so unstoppable. To think, the original Superman couldn't even fly. A video game version doesn't need to be able to move at the speed of light or be able to punch planets in half. Heck, there's even a few more modern versions of the character (see Darwyn Cooke's 'The New Frontier') that are more akin to the "Faster than a locomotive" type man-of-steel. Kryptonite isn't needed if Superman isn't a thousand times stronger than every enemy he faces.

As to the character being boring, there's enough people in the world who think otherwise to warrant a video game.

I've thought about this and how you could introduce something which would make Superman more viable for modern video games. What you could do is introduce a time limit, meaning missions and objectives can only be completed in a certain timeframe or it's game over. As well as that, you could also make use of the Clark Kent persona.

The one who can give Batman the most challenge in video games and best rivalry is Moon Knight, I long for that superb Moon Knight game to exist

One thing I'm really hoping to see in the next-generation is large scale, interactive battles. Modern games are able to show battles and include the player to some degree, but actually joining the charge and getting in-the-thick-of-it with hundreds of NPCs isn't viable right now. Being part of some Braveheart style open warfare would be pretty great.

I wouldn't play that, not if every mission had a time limit. Two or three throughout the entire main story, sure. But the whole game? No way. I do like the idea of being able to switch back forth between Clark and Superman, especially if were at the player's discretion.

That's what I meant with the time limit, I wouldn't be able to handle that many time limits either. They could introduce the switching as a means for Clark to get into places Superman could not go. Like say Clark Kent the reporter has to go undercover to get intel regarding *insert bad guy here* or something. He could switch in the same way you could switch between Catwoman and Batman in Arkham City, oh and each persona has intersecting and individual missions.

As for health/life for the Clark persona he could take a certain number of blows or perform a certain amount of actions before others realise he's Superman/not normal thus compromising the identity. For example Clark takes a bullet or two and the other guy realises he's not human/he's Superman=Game over and Start over. Oh as for how the game varies with difficulty, as levels get harder you have less and less places to change between Clark Kent and Superman.

A Devil May Cry style co-op multiplayer game. It's freaking criminal we haven't gotten one yet.

An all Marvel fighter by Capcom. Something like Marvel v. Capcom 3 but take away the Capcom side and then double the Marvel roster.

Moon Knight: Riker's Island

followed by

Moon Knight: Riker's City

:woot:

I'm looking forward to my first unchartered and god of war gaming experience.

games i'd like to see...
a good sonic game
uncharted 4
a great superman game
a open world 3D pokemon game (this would also make me get a wii U)
a next gen dizzy game
a capcom's Marvel vs DC game
a great The Avengers game
a next gen sequel to vanquish and binary domain

I just realised how great a game based on death from Neil gaiman's sandman. That would be amazing

Elder Scrolls with Dinosaurs!

Actually Elder Scrolls with a bestiary that covers every fantasy creature & race ever conceived and every real animal and dinosaur.

For multiplayer/co-op I want the next version of Mass Effect multiplayer and a Gears of War 4 Horde Mode that plays more like 2 (1 life only per wave) than 3 although it can keep some of the improvements. And Gears 4 multiplayer that takes all the best aspects of the previous games.

Bayonetta 2 will have co-op! Not quite next gen, though, but it'll probably be the it's kind.
