This plus Rainbow Six!!
Yes! I love Rainbow Six. I think they moved Patriots over to next-gen, so it should hopefully pop up in the next few years.
This plus Rainbow Six!!
A game set in a prehistoric world similar to the Savage Land. Sprawling jungles with other varied environments that have weather effects and creatures like dinosaurs, sabretooths, giant insects, carnivorous plant-life, etc. And combine the savage prehistoric world with magic and ancient technology.
Then in multiplayer have it be like the Division and Destiny where you can have a certain amount of other players in your tribe. Maybe it can even be an MMO.
Have you ever heard of B.C? Sounds like the kind of thing you're talking about. B.C was a game being developed for the original Xbox but for whatever reason it got cancelled. You can see a short video of it here. I think a game like this would be enormously popular, here's hoping we can one someday. We got Star Wars Battlefront 3 after all!
As much as I like your idea and would love to play it, comic book games are mostly condemned as crap-near instant mediocrity, they name a game that makes a good palette for a video game based on that character, they get it, don't compare the two, and say it's lazy development, then wish the game was like the game they listedYou know what we really need? A Green Lantern video game. Since the last movie just about made the chance of a good green lantern film coming out anytime soon pretty much extinct I reckon green lantern would be the best character for video games
Id like to see them reboot the Tenchu series.
I want a great Superman title.
So I think after LEGO Marvel, there should be no further comic book games, only Batman in the Arkham series until that arc comes to the necessary end, then no more, not even Batman by Rocksteady

Just so I'm understanding you properly: Your answer to making sure there's no more crappy comic-based video games is...to give up on them entirely?
Did you guys read the first part? Not bad games, unfairly bad receptionSeriously? Just because most comic book games aren't great, doesn't mean there won't be some good ones in the future. Batman was considered to have some of the worst comic book video game of all time before Arkham Asylum. What if they decided Arkham wasn't worth being made because Dark Tomorrow sucked? I'm sorry but that's just terrible logic.
People don't make sense. They say they want a comic book game to be something, they get it, whine about it, and then they say they want what's in it again, but don't admit it's in the game they got alreadyOf course we read the first part. I mean I can't speak for SpideyForPrez, but I don't make a habit of skipping the first paragraph when reading posts. Even with the first part of your post, what it appears you're saying is "They shouldn't make comic-based video games anymore because the majority of them are bad (or poorly received)." I'm just asking you to clarify what exactly you meant, because I as I read it currently it doesn't make much sense.
I want Ubsisoft to call up Universal and say hey you see that Far Cry 3 game we made last year well we want to do another and we want it to be on Site B. what do we need to do for the Jurassic Park license
