another example of studio conflict would be if say tony stark has a random funny/witty line in the script since his character has got that sorta personality and then sony read it and say hey why is tony stark getting that line we want spider-man to get that line
i don't think sony will be as desperate as people think in this so marvel can just say yeah we know you are desperate we will take a cameo to help boost your character and sony will just be like ok thank you marvel we will take what you can give us
studios joining together doesn't happen often for a reason, infact even if they had put the oscorp building in the avengers i wonder how much time that would have took in planning and agreeing between the studio just for that one thing
