Homecoming What should they do with the Spidey franchise?

I could care less if I ever see Spidey as an Avenger. If it happens cool, but it's hardly a dream of mine. The character being in the MCU is definitely something that needs to happen though because it opens up so much more story possibilities. It's a no brainer. Sony has to play in Marvel's sandbox which means that they can't screw up the films with their interference.

I would like Spider-Man rebooted and properly put into the MCU.

I think Spider-Man should be a television show. It's the best way to cover his history. I'd assume they would go with Netflix or possibly ABC. Make it like a live action version of The Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon (the BEST adaptation of the comics anywhere!). And put Joss Whedon in charge!

Spider-Man can be first introduced in a movie that would be similar to the first episode of Spectacular. Pete has finished his first summer as Spider-Man and we are introduced to his vast supporting cast and future villains. It would then continue through the show as stated above. (His origin would be covered as a flashback in this movie or in an episode of the tv show)

Other movies can come out that cover major events, such as battling the Sinister Six and the Death of Gwen Stacy (with a proper Norman Osborn/Green Goblin).

He can then cross over on other Netflix shows, such as Daredevil.

And then finally teaming up with the Avengers in The Avengers 3 and Spidey can quip with RDJ's Ironman! t:

Hopefully Marvel Studios/Disney and Sony can work out a deal!

Option 1: Connect TASM to the MCU if need be.
Option 2: "Incredible Hulk" the Spider-Man Franchise by having an origin in the opening credits via storyboards (Alex Ross in Spider-Man 2), and start the movie off with Peter/Spidey dealing with whatever he's dealing with.

They won't make a spider-man live action tv series, can you imagine how expensive a series that would be? you wouldnt be able to have the big scale action of the movies for each episode that's for sure

I would added TASM to the MCU universe. I don't think these movies deserver to be hated. ASM1 was good but far form great and asm2 was amazing but I know most people don't agree with that so hear is what I would do.

I would keep TASM going but I would get rid of the spin offs and just build up the sinister six by having 1 villain in the next sever movies in till you get to having six and then have the sinister six fight spider man. In between the movies I would have spider man in the avengers. I would bring in more talented wrighters to right the scripts and I would stop interfering if I was sony. Just about ever problem if not for cutting things form the movie would either not be a problem at all or would be greatly reduced.

I would beat all the money I have that if sony wasn't interfering and we where not having so much cut form the movies that both asm1 and 2 would be at least 80 on RT and would have made at least 100 million more each. So much was cut form both asm1 and 2 that you could make 2 more movies. I have never heard of any movie cutting has much has these 2 movies have an a lot of improntants things cut to that would had to charater development.

I would keep Garfield has he is really good has peter and perfect has Spiderman so I would keep him for has long has I can. So to set up the sinister six I would do something like this. ASM3 mysterio have him mess with peters head and have peter getting over gwen. ASM4 kariens last hunt. ASM5 doc ock. Now ASM6 I would have the sinister six set up with the lineup of Doc OCK, Mysterio, Kraven, Elector, Rino and Goblin and in the movie I would have peter get the black suit and I would introduce eddie in asm5 and do some stuff with him in asm6 so that way he has more time to develop then just one movie and at the end of asm6 peter gets rid of the suit an eddi gets it to set up venom in asm7.

I am not saying it will go that far lol just that if they really want to do spider man fighting the sinister six that you need to bulid up to it though a lot of movies and I don't think this franchise is has far behond saving has most people. I think if you built it up like that instead of just having what we have now with just the sinister six movie before asm3 and then bam fighting the sinister six that things wouldn't be has rushed. Would you rather have a spider man movie with him fighting the six with not much charater develmet? or him fighting the six with lots of charater devilment? The biggest problem has been that they cut to much form the movies even sm3 had that problem and it sounds like even sm3 had less cut then these movies. We need derecters cuts and sony to stop interfering.

Yeah but I don't know how while that is going to work compared to just having 1 villain in sever movies. Even if you bring back lizard, Electro, Rihno and harry you are still going to have to introduce 2 more villains In sinister six to make the six and that is the best cause.
