Dick Tracy (1990) - I always expect Batman to show up with all that Danny Elfman music. :cwink:

Seven Psychopaths

It was a strange movie and since Christopher Walken is in it you'd suspect he might play one of the seven psychopaths.

The story is a writer is trying to finish a screenplay titled, "Seven Psychopaths" and one of his friends puts an ad in the paper for psychos to contact him, and at the same time there is a subplot of dog-napping for the reward money where a mobster's dog is taken and he's not the most sane guy in the movie (played by Woody Harrelson).

Without giving too much away, the story in the movie is intertwined with the story the writer is trying to finish. The ending was good and there are some strange connections to seemingly unconnected characters.

Black Dynamite - New favorite thing ever. Why has it taken this long for me to see this movie. It's beautiful.

There is also a cartoon series that's even more ridiculous and insane based on it and a sequel movie coming eventually I think.

22 Jump Street

Better than 21 on all fronts IMO. It also has the best end credits ever.

I remember being really hyped for this movie when I first heard about it (because of the incredible cast, and because I absolutely loved "In Bruges"). Unfortunately, while I think the movie was good, it was underwhelming to me. Overall, I think it's a movie that has a few brilliant moments, but those moments are surrounded by an adequate (but not really noteworthy) movie.

Frozen. Good but overrated. It looks beautiful but the story is weaker than i expected. Let it Go is catchy but not classic. That's how the movie feels, catchy.

I had no real expectations for it, not knowing what to expect besides the names in the movie (Walken, Farrell, Rockwell, Cornish, Stanton and Harrelson) but it turned out okay. It could have been better but it wasn't disappointing to me either.

Batman Forever
8/10

Celebrating the 25th anniversary of my favorite movie, I continue my Batman marathon, watching that series only
Next to come is the infamous one, Batman & Robin
It's a cool way to end the series

Lady Snowblood (1973)

Man of Steel (2013)

Pacific Rim (2013)
