Piranha 3DD

Not having seen the first one, I'm not sure how it compares in regards to the ridiculousness but it's a pretty sizable amount of ridiculousness. The last 30 mins was pretty much the saving grace to this because the first 30 mins was just plain boring and too serious for a film like this. Gary Busey and Christopher Lloyd was pretty much wasted in this while David Hasselhoff and Ving Rhames was absolutely hilarious in it.
5.5/10

I watched it yesterday and I thought it was garbage save for The Hoff.

It is garbage but it's entertaining garbage, I would rate it higher if there was more ridiculousness in that first half. I'm gonna check out the first one to see how it matches up.

AFAIC it was just plain garbage not even entertaining ( save for The Hoff ).
I will also watch the first one out of curiosity ( and for Kelly Brooks boobs my colleague is whispering me ).

Hard Target

Getting ready to go see The Expendables 2.

The first one does a better job at finding the balance. Piranha DD just went to far where nothing was remotely believable. Also I agree the only decent part was Ving Rhames bit about getting in the water.

I just watched

Interesting though the parts I love in DD was the insane stuff at the end...and the scene with that piranha going into...a lovely place. :o

Yeah that's essentially what I was waiting for the whole time. In the first one there was a lot of carnage but some of it took me by surprise. I was expecting the second to be crazier. That sex scene was something else though. :wow:

Lock-Out (2012)

The Big Red One (1980)

The Untouchables (1987)

The Fugitive (1993)

I had that feeling when JCVD first appeared and at the end when he was putting his weapons away to fight!

This is what was happening inside of me through pretty much most of the film.

The Bourne Legacy: 3/5

You know, for a Bourne film, a series so centered around great action scenes, this film was sorely lacking in that. Add the dragged on story with over-exposition, you get a pretty boring film.

Oh, and bring back Matt Damon.
