Innkeepers

Interesting but the ending was ****.

Personally I always loved Predator 2 so much more than the first. Danny Glover ****ing owns.

Watching Die Hard right now. I honestly can't remember a time in my adult life that I've watched the first one

Argo: 4.5/5

Absolutely brilliant. Ben Affleck directed the **** out of this film. Fantastic acting, script and story and a very intense final 30 minutes. I can easily see this running for Best Picture.

Dredd: 4/5

I really enjoyed this. Karl Urban is a ******* badass as Dredd and Anderson was fantastic (and pretty if I may say so myself). The only thing that drags this down is some of the cheap looking visual effects and the annoying SLOW-MO drug excuse for using slow-mo.

"The rock is bleeding" took me back to the scene in the first symbiote episode of the 90s Spider-Man cartoon when John took the Promehteus X and said "Looks like this rock is bleeding"
Bio-sample breaking the microscope slide glass reminded me of TIH, though I saw this movie first

Cabin in the Woods kick started my Halloween week.

The Raven

This looked amazing, Cusack was fun, but otherwise totally boring. I used to think James McTiegue was going to be a big deal director, but after Ninja Assassin and this, I'm thinking the Wachowskis ghost directed V For Vendetta.

The Woman in Black

Oh yeah, that's more like it. Dug it. Really good horror film. Hey Hammer Films, bring on The Quiet Ones and Gaslight.

I still need to see Halloween 3. Also Cockneyes vs Zombies looks fun.
Yeah, You really do need to see Halloween 3.

Ahh, I watched this a few days back when it was on AMC LOL. Not the first time I saw it though.

Yeah I'm surprised it took me this long to see it, it's got everything I want in a horror film.

You should watch Gremlins next
It's semi-horror

I would but I already got my favorites lined up till the end of October. Maybe next year.

Looper

Sometimes a good movie suffers from a bad ending and it kind of wrecks the film over all. In my humble opinion, Looper's ending could have (and should have) been a lot better than it was.

Falling Down

Gave it a 9 earlier, but this view says it deserves a 10 more

Escape from New York

The sequel is easily more entertaining, but at least this one doesn't use overly cartoony looking CGI. I will give this one more benefit as well for having music reminiscent enough to Halloween's main theme

3 movies in one day, whoah, overkill, and I barely watched Falling Down in one sitting

Safety Not Guaranteed & Your Sister's Sister

Mark Duplass double feature and he was great in both :woot:

Dead Silence

I liked the ending a lot, didn't see it coming at all. Overall the movie was just okay, 6.5/10

I did what I thought I wouldn't do and added two more movies to the ones I already watched today. 5 movies in one day

Amazing Spider-Man: Deadly Dust (2 episodes of 70s tv series merged as one film)
Wow, that series is stupid, but cause it's Spider-Man I managed to endure it and still have fun doing so. 7/10 just for that

Transporter 2
6/10
Nowhere near as good or as fun as the first, at least choreographed fights are fun to watch

Above that I saw some segments of Marvel's The Avengers movie while eating shawarma, played some scenes I really enjoy watching

The Thing (1982)

As every year, I have to watch this classic. The film has my favorite characteristic of horror, the paranoia.

Totally forgot David duchovony is in this, I need to watch this again.

I gave this movie a chance because it was a prequel and not a remake. If it was a remake I wouldn't have given it the time of day. Overall it was just ok, the ending led into Carpenter's film perfectly and I'm glad they didn't try to copy the blood test scene.

Pretty stupid movie. The dip**** who did the subtitles for this film ****ed up at the end with the definition of a Martyr and it didn't make sense for the film to be named that since none of the victims died for any beliefs they had. I did laugh at the very last scene because that was a deep burn.
