How was it odd?

The movie has no mention of Bruce that I can recall at all just odd for me as I am not used to 'just' the Hulk being in a movie.

I don't think the Avengers would ever just ship Hulk off Earth and if they did I would assume they would make sure he couldn't rip apart the ship he was in.

Once it got to the planet it felt too much like 'A Princess of Mars' for my taste.

It feels like only half a story.

I wonder if there is a sequel planned.

The Church (1989)

Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981)

No, it was pretty much an exact adaptation of the comic.

The comic did lead into World War Hulk, but that was basically just five issues of Hulk beating everyone up in NYC.

The Wicker Man (2006)

Finally got to see this hilarious horror film for the first time and man It was worth it. I really can't see anyone in this role other than Nic Cage. Who else could pull off wearing a bear costume and go around punching women out? Nobody but Nic Cage. I do have to say there was a bit too much melodrama during the middle of the film. Once it gets to the last 20 mins it's just pure gold.

Dude. I think you've joined the club of the 5 people in the world who has seen this movie. Welcome. :awesome: It's definitely one of Cage's Cagiest.

:woot: I couldn't believe how insane and hilarious that film was. All those moments where he's just harassing his secretary is just amazing and at the same time insane.

Lockout

Kind of reminded me a video game...some funny moments, but I could have waited for cable.

I've never actually seen Wicker Man or Vampire's Kiss but felt like I have thanks to youtube.

The Godfather Part 2
8/10

It took me long enough to finally watch this movie, and the first hour is really slow when it comes to Michael Corleone, the back story of Vito (his father) is pleasant to watch. Later things turn better
The first is better than this one in the most part

Indiana Jones and the last Crusade

Best part of the trilogy. Sean Connery is awesome.

Chained

Awesome performances from the two leads, although Vincent D'Onofrio is always a treat. I wish they'd extended the ending and not left it quite as open. I usually like an open ending, but I don't think it fit here.

7.6/10

First 25-30 minutes are confusing, gets better later
Not one of my favorite films, not in general or of 2011
