aside from Flagg, I dont see any of the current cast dying. Enchantress would likely survive and continue on in Justice League DARK, Harley and Joker are not dying....can you imagine the back lash if Harley gets killed off when after so damn long DC finally gives the fans what they want and they kill her.....

Deadshot would be interesting and a refreshing change to see him go up against Batman.

Amanda Waller is NOT on the team, she creates it and runs it from behind the scenes so its unlikely she will be affected. (unlikely, not impossible)

Like Enchantress, Captain Boomerang will likely show up as part of the Rouges in the Flash movie......actually....THIS Cap may get killed off and his son would take over and show up in Flash....ok so Flagg and Boomer are my picks lol

I see that many of you are keeping Boomerang for sake of him appearing in a "Flash" movie. Doesn't Flash have a better and more popular adversaries than this guy?

I'm genuinely asking, as I'm not familiar with Flash comics.

Courney is pretty young to have a son that could replace him. And as has been mentioned before, Boomer traditionally survives Squad missions where more powerful characters like Enchantress bite it. Also while Harley seems a touch from the modern era of SS stories, it seems that the Ostrander era is going to be pretty relevant to the film. I will say, I think it's 50/50 on Flagg making it out alive. No skin off my nose, as he sort of was built up to be killed in the comics too, and if they did that here then you could bring in Bronze Tiger to be field commander in a sequel.

Being the least known character, a lot of people here are expecting Enchantress to die, which is exactly why she shouldn't. A movie like this should be unpredictable. The only guaranteed survivors are Joker and Harley. Maybe Deadshot.

Actually isn't it predictable that the most powerful character should make it out alive? We are talking about someone that can transmute bullets into smoke compared to a dude that throws Boomerangs.

I meant unpredictable for us. Like I said, everyone is already predicting that she will die. It'd be shocking, to us, if she didn't.

I don't know. I keep hearing "Oh, Enchantress is DEFINITELY going to live. She has to appear in JLDark." And I am seeing a lot of "Boomerang is a dead man walking" type comments, both of which prove to me that even among the fans here, there's not a lot of posters familiar with the Ostrander/Yale/Kesel/Mcdonell Squad stories, which from the inclusion of Flagg, heavy Waller, Boomer and using Enchantress in the first film, seems to be what is going to have a heavy influence, Harley being in the film notwithstanding.

But some are assuming that enchantress will be in the Squad forever... I don't see it that way.. I think she would get free herself and be in other movie, it can be JLD, WW... IDK

I can see them killing either Captain Boomerang or Deadshot. Normally I would consider Deadshot immune as he's a key "audience surrogate" character, as the villain who's probably closest to having methods and motivations that most people can understand. Except that he's being portrayed by a very expensive actor.

Notwithstanding that, I think Captain Boomerang can die, as he has a similar skill set to Deadshot (different weapons, but they are basically the same kind of killer) and his name is kind of silly.

I can see Joker "dying" in the movie, just because he's too overwhelming of a character to be allowed to become a regular franchise player. They won't find a body, but yeah, of course he's dead, right? Nobody could have survived that ...

^ I can see that too. Considering Flag is the only actual 'good guy' in the film, it'd be different. Villains live. Hero dies.

Probably Flagg,though I also think Deadshot is a possibility.What hero could you spin him off to? (I.E. Joker>Batman sequel,Cap Boomerang>Flash movie,Etc)

I could see them wanting to keep Deadshot around for potential SS sequels, since the character is the closest thing to a constant that the Suicide Squad has, he'd also be a great secondary villain in a Batman film. I think they'd kill off Boomerang and/or enchantress, Flash has no shortage of far more interesting villains and enchantress is a C-lister at best. They're also played by the least well known actors of the cast.

Captain Boomerang needs to be a member of the Rouges in Flash's movie. so not him.

You also could spin Deadshot off into a Batman movie or the Cyborg movie.

We can say the same with Enchantress.

Human host dies, the spirit lives and finds another host in JLD. :awesome:

Whoever dies, he should be played by Sean Bean.

He's probably the least necessary member of the rogues, they'd still be able to use Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, Pied Piper, Heat Wave, Trickster, Dr. Alchemy, Captain Cold, etc. Not to mention villains that could carry the film solo like Kadabra, Grodd, and Zoom. Boomerang is more than a little expendable.

Dr. Alchemy isn't exactly part of the group, he's more of a solo.

I'd love to see something like this on film.

Minus the guest stars.

Boomerang and Deadshot had great chemistry in Assault on Arkham but with Flagg around, who knows what the new character dynamics would be.

Honestly I think Flagg dies and this rallies the rest of the team to hero up (except Joker who I don't think is part of the Squad)
