green goblin bwahaaaaa he wasnt even spidey's greatest villian that goes to venom but green goblin was a nice foil for spidey though so he one of the top 5 greatest spidey villians

Go to your nearest book store/comic shop and pick up Essential Amazing Spider-Man Volumes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6

You'll notice very quickly that Venom hasn't even touched Green Goblin when it comes to villain status. You can't judge villains on your cartoon viewing. There are 40 plus years of comic book history behind Spider-Man. And Venom, while a great villain in his own respect, ranks behind Goblin and Doctor Octopus without a shadow of a doubt....and you can ask ANY Spider-Man fan that.

You need some comic education, son. I've pointed you in the right direction.

Dr Doom: going by your name, I assume that your favorite villian is The Gremlin.

Okay, you want to know about comic Kingpin? Well, in the comics, Daredecil's girlfriend, Karen Page, became a drug addict. Desperate for a fix, she sold Daredevil's secret identity - Matt Murdock. This found it's way into the hands of none other than The Kingpin.

The Kingpin then began systematically destroying Matt Murdock's life. He blew up his home. He destroyed his career. He turned his loved ones against him. And when Murdock, with nothing to lose, tried to confront Fisk, The Kingpin beat him to within an inch of his life. Then he pumped Murdock full of drugs, and left him in an alley to die of a drugs overdose, disgraced and alone.

Did that happen in the cartoon?

well thats not to bad then kingpin showed he is gully but what about this. In tas kingpin once cut off a henchmen's figners because he messed up a deal, once kidnapped and raped tombstone's bosses daughter. Almost put peter parker in jail and began destroying NY piece by piece.

Oh, the Leader's pretty nasty too. Nuked a town to kill the Hulk, rounded up the few survivors to brainwash them into being his henchmen. The survivors, obviously, had superpowers from the Gamma radiation. The other several thousands were just corpses, provided they weren't vaporized at ground zero.

I'd say Doctor Doom. OR I know he's not his really a comic villain but Scar from the lion king the guy kills his brother and blames the kid for his fathers death. then he rallies up some hyenas to take over the pride land.

no its not as bad....its wayyyy worse

actually that guy messed up the story

Kingpin drugged Matt and left him in a taxi cab that he pushed to the bottom of the Hudson. Mat managed to escape then ended up in an alley way.

The Kingpin also hired Typhoid Mary to seduce and kill Matt Murdock. He eventually sent four villians (Bushwacker, Shotgun (thats what they say in the issue summary but it is actually the guy he fought in Fall of the Mutants), Bullet, and Typhoid) to systematically trying to kill Matt Murdock. When they were confident of their success they dropped him off a bridge into a park where he was left to die. One of Mary's split personalities saved him

nah itsn ot dum just where im coming from you know. Sometimes the tv goes into better character explanation than comics do from my experience. Liek for example in spiderman TAS kingpin is portrayed as a ruthless psychopath, a manipulator, a man who will risk his wife and son for the bettermen of "business". He was scorned as a child and the backlash followed him into adulthood. Here we have wilson fisk a man that just wants to be accepted into society but was scorned earleir.

How do they depict him in the comics???????
yeah but I bet you do not know Kingpin's origin back to his early childhood like I do...how he washed his hands in the gutter to clean the blood off and was instantly hooked to killing.

Or I bet you cannot pyschologically break down Iceman who has had issues devoted to his past

Or I bet you've never read into Hulk that deeply. In the comic books for a time Hulk's ID, EGO and SUPEREGO (parts of frueds pyschie) manifested themselves into actually beings.

Or how about Wolverine, tell me his origin completely with break down because it takes me about 25 minutes to do that

Or what about Venom...you had no idea about his past, I corrected that part of your post

Though he was a member of the Acts of Vengence, along with Dr. Doom, Mags, the Wizard and the Mandarin.
thats true...but Acts was more of a comic gimmick rather than a true to life series. Kingpin typically stays out of world takeovers

heck, the Wizard was a part of that meaning. shows you how serious that storyline was.

I know. I just read "Severance Package" (Tangled web of Spider-Man #4).

Guy runs a tight ship. Like clockwork. No second chances. The story is, after Fisk fired you, you snapped, and tried to kill him. He defended himself.

About the Wizard; I know his status as Reed Richards' other archenemy isn't that impressive, and that he's run afoul of Doom in the past, but... He watches the Daily Show. He's awesome.

Although, he needs to check his facts before he prints them in his magazine. Ba-Zing!

For those of you that don't know. Jplaya2023 is currently the most loathed and least respected poster here at the Hype. Yes even more so than DevilHulk. Many of us have come to a few similar conclusions about Jplaya

He is either

A) A complete imbicile and knows nothing of comics except what he gets from the back of ceral and video game boxes. (which actually makes him funny to laugh AT, not with)

B) Posts the most ignorant and annoying statements possible just to hear people make fun of him because he is in desperate need of attention. (Which makes him a complete *****e and should be kicked)

or

C) He is a combination of both A and B and is probably only 12 or so.

So just do what I do and ignore him. :D

I vote Luthor. Noone is more coniving and maniacal than Lex. He is the "Greatest Criminal Mastermind of our Time!" :)

Eyeballing...your avatar is just GREAT! Just wanted to tell you that.:)

Thank you :D  Greatly appreciated :D But I have to disagree with you, Lex although a great criminal mind, and possibly the greatest HUMAN criminal mind. Along with Doom. Still can't touch this guy, I mean that's Hulk and Drax at the same time with one hand.

OWNED!!!!
