Homecoming Who should be the Villain in Spider-Man (2017)? - Part 1

I wouldn't want him to be supernatural in the film, though I would want him to use his effects, illusions, and theatricality to try to make his opponents think he's more then human.

He's a former fx guy and/or stuntman, so it would make sense that he would try to use his skills to appear or disappear in a mist. Though I do like the idea that poster suggested a while back that there be two people switching off in the Mysterio costume as opposed to Beck being the only person in the suit.

Yeah, listen to Frodo. The last thing we need is a supernatural Mysterio.

Yeah, I knew you were. I was just saying that I wanted him to be human but to use fx to appear more than human as opposed to the current comics.

Ya know what would be cool is if Mysterio had the time gem and used it to make his magic real and maybe make Peter hallucinate about his past and see Ben. Maybe go back to his childhood.

I had Spider-Man 2 Movie Game on both ps2 and gba (gameboy advance)
and I remember how trippy the mysterio level was on gba. It was so cool cause it was colourful and the screen went upside down and s**t it was so cool haha.

They are most likely using villains from the villains from the sinister six we haven't seen in the big screen so far. So I would probably say Mysterio, Kraven, Vulture or Shocker.

That's what I was thinking too. He's about illusions and he uses fx and illusions to trick people into thinking that he's more than what he is and that he do things like disappear and appear as though he has supernatural abilities when he's basically just a criminal who's got this larger than life persona which is all based on theatricality.

Heres how it should go
First movie: Dock Ock (he need most development)
Second Movie: Two villains (one sinister six one, one that is not in sinister 6)
Third Movie: Two villains from S6
Fourth Movie: Two Villains S6
Fifth Movie: Sinister 6
Maybe put a movie after fourth (venom and carnage) and then Sinister 6 can be the Sixth Movie

Well of course I love to see multi serirs. But I am looking at it a bit like 1 serirs then hopefully more. W3 don't know what will happen yet. To we see where solo 1 goes.

Yeah, we really shouldn't be expecting multiple trilogies at this point. Hopefully we get several trilogies, and get to watch Tom Holland's Peter Parker grow. But as of now we should probably be taking these a film at a time.

Three. HS trilogy, ESU trilogy, and Adult Life trilogy.

I don't we'll get a HS Trilogy. Probably to HS films at best. If Peter is 15 or 16 in Civil War he'd be a Freshman or Sophmore. The 2017 film can't take place much longer than that. He'll probably be 16-17 maybe still a sophmore growing on Junior year or just getting off the summer and starting his junior year.

Then there's the Infinity Wars films where he'll probably be between 17-19 in his senior or Junior year undoubtedly. Which means any films after Infinity Wars will have one more year in High School at best, or half to go strsight to college cause he'll be about 18-20 by the sequel to this.


Unless Spider-Mans films don't move in time with the MCU's real time format. Which makes no sense. So High School Duology, ESU Trilgoy and Adult Trilogy is out best bet.

Why do they have to come in trilogies? Why not just keep making movies as long as they're good and popular?
