Who should draw the opening credits?

Alex Ross wanted to tone the movie done and take away the fantasy aspect. It seems he didn't like that the characters wore masks either.

Not sure what that means. The Spider-man movie isn't exactly the real world. He also drew a painting of George Bush sucking the blood out of the statue of liberty. It's a politically abstract image, but he still drew a counterpart of something that exists in real life.

All I know is that in an old Wizard interview, he said the reason that he will never paint Star Wars is because there is no need for a realistic painter to tackle a subject that was portrayed by real people. That is what he said.

We know they are going to duplicate what they did in the second movie as it was very popular but given what Ross....has uhm....said about the movies I doubt Sony will be inviting him back.....so who then?

I thought given the second movie is a Pete/MJ love story with Doc Ock and is Spider-Man: No More, it would BE GREAT if John Romita Sr. did it. But that may be way too geeky to even consider.

So who would you like to see reanimate the second film at the beginning of the third?

I want a different type of opening. I don't want to have drawings again. They need to keep it fresh and original.

agree! I don't think it likely we'll see paintings....we might see a comic book...but I reckon we'll just see the costume turn black or a BIG 3!!!!!
