Shocker would be perfect for the first villain under Tombstone

I like your taste but I'd prefer Hammerhead. Tombstone is fine too but old Hammerhead's time to shine on a movie script is overdue.

Sure is. My fav of the lot. oh how I was looking forward to seeing Webb's vision of him too! Mr Fiers as well. really hoped to have seen his finished overall main plot in ASM3? I don't see no reason as to why Michael Massee can't be offered a decent role in new ones.

Lol I remember Mysterio pissed me off so damn much in te Spiderman 2 Gamboy Advance game. I never beat him; his fight was too trippy with all of the gravity switches and LSD backgrounds. So yea it would be interesting to see something like that in-film

Pretty sure if Webb was to stay around we would have seen the teleporter Mysterio (Klum) thats what some thought was happening with Mr Fiers vanishing in cellroom. Klum could teleport people and objects to and from nearby places.

It really is a shame, because there was so much unfulfilled potential with the ASM series, even if those were mediocre films in the eyes of many fans. I was really pumped to see more of the Goblin, but oh well I guess it is an opportunity cost, as now I get to see Spiderman in the Avengers

After the last two franchises though, I don't want to see Norman Osborn anytime soon. Have the symbiote be a thing that happens in the Infinity War flicks. Avoid Goblin stuff for a good long while, please - they've dominated 60% of the movies so far.

I second this. I'd love to see him as a survivor-type villain, who jumps from one top criminal to the next throughout the series. Maybe lock him up just in time for a Thunderbolts movie. And for Pete's sake get Aaron Paul to play him!

Adrien Brody, perhaps? I wanted him as Venom, but he's likely too old for the role now. I think he could pull off Scorpion.

Mysterio needs to be done in this franchise. Would love to see Shocker as well.

But what'd I'd really love is something similar to The Spectacular Spider-Man. The Big Man and/or the Master Planner. I just want to have great build up of New York City crime and Ock or Osborn so we can see them eventually in a future Spidey installment.

If we get shocker I hope they don't make him a joke of a villain like ultimate comic did.

I actually want to see norman and harry. Just supporting roles. And see norman desent into madness and him creating goblin identity over time. And also be a larger threat to the mcu as a whole.

I definitly hope they plan on doing more than a trilogy. With someone this young, there's no reason to limit him.

I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm just saying I'm not going to look that far ahead. Most franchises don't go past a trilogy and the ones that do are usually beating a down horse to drain every penny they can out of it. Their plan may be to do more than 3 movies but alot of things can change between now and then, I just don't think it's as likely as people think just because they are hiring a young actor.

Which would likely run the guy in working with marvel and sony for next 12 yrs off and on.

So we know ideally what we likely will see is this:
Phase 3 films #1. Civil war. #2. Solo 1 #3. Infinity wars part 1. #4 infinity wars part 2. #5. Solo 2.

Phase 4. #6. Solo 3. Then this leaves 3 more films over the course of phase 4. Be it more solos or other team films or if they do a marvel teamup type of film.

And between phase 3 and 4 probably a guest spot or two on shield or the netflix shows.

Technically on the solos he's being hired and payed by Sony so would that count toward whatever contract Marvel would have?

Someone suggested him for Ghost Rider, which would be a more ideal casting in my opinion (even though it's bordering on type cast).
