Apocalypse Will Hugh Jackman return?

Me too, but come on! don't you want an explanation on what happened after they found him in the water? I mean come on, he must have at least 10 minutes in the movie.

Voted and hoping for yes. Any amount of screentime between 1-300 minutes is fine with me. Even his short appearance in First Class was one of the high points of the movie for me.

What I find odd though is that Professor X presumably never made an attempt to go find Logan after the incident at the White House in DOFP. I mean he got his powers back and could have easily tracked Wolverine to see if he was okay and such and bring him into the fold, especially given on how he knew that Wolverine would become his future student.

Maybe he did, or maybe Charles sent Mystique to find him and after she found him she helped him make his way to Xavier's school. Actually we don't know what happened after this scene:

Charles could have easily checked up on Logan using cerebro after the events of DOFP. He also knows him well enough by now. Logan isn't easily recuited, best to let him come to you.

Yeah Charles probably searched for him on cerebro when he got back to the mansion and found out he was ok

i know originally they thought about having charles and hank fish him out of the water but they changed to mystique as they thought it would be a nice full circle thing with her saving mutants still

I'm stil confused on why keeping it a secret though. Singer hinted on his return but didn't openly confirm it and it's clear that Jackman will have a significantly small role. So if it is a cameo why spoil it? Unless he appears in the climax of the movie or has a scene that is important to the story and it's more than a split second appearance.

Of course they are gonna keep it a secret... they don't want to give too much about the story like this early.

Yeah I meant if it's just a cameo why drop a hint on SDCC? Singer kept quite about cameos before and I don't see it as being something much more unfortunately but we'll see.

Seems like it would be quicker just do with with the real Stryker and weapon X since jackman is gonna have a very small role if not a cameo so there won't be much time to explain anything

Well I mean Singer did bring Jackman back in the Comic Con panel after his time was up only to remind the audience that he has appeared in every X-Men movie to date. Also I think both of them have been cryptic about a possible appearance in Apocalypse and never gave a straight up "no" for an answer. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Singer had denied any rumors of a Wolverine appearance in FC and we all know how that turned out. I also remember Famke saying she never got a call to appear in DOFP. That's why it's weird to me, they usually lie about the cameos to keep them a surprise.
