I think simon simply wants to avoid some problems similar to what happened in XMA or even with the recent VENOM
the first trailer of DP shows practically no action scene or great moments of the film, already in apocalypse the trailers practically killed in advance the film, showed almost everything of the film and with bad effects without being finalized, each trailer practically came the same scenes with improvements, the voice of apocalypse for example changed with each trailer, I found a mess, then analyzing better, simon made a correct choice, if he had released a full trailer of action with unfinished effects would cause much more frustration and criticism, the The first trailer is warm but that does not cause any big problems.
Kinberg's "one job" was earrings?
You got me there Grace Randolph, Feige will budget some beautiful earrings to everyone AND Lola Studios to boot, so may no X-Man or X-Woman look wide again.
But for me, any story elements that involve Raven should be dropped and discarded and burned with fire. If only she wasn't included in First Class, the franchise would be in so much better shape!
Not much would have changed at all really.
Take your advice.Take a walk, get a little fresh air maybe.

Dark phoeniX. Venom cannot be used by Fox.![]()
What are they looking at ? Venom ?![]()
Dark phoeniX. Venom cannot be used by Fox.
LOL what?
Yes.
They've done extensive reshoots.
If this is true, I'm pretty surprised because their marketing just launched with the Feb 14 date.
However, it's totally to be expected that FOX is going to do A LOT of shuffling on account of the Disney acquisition. But cue the freaking out anyway....
Oh c'mon! Lmao i hate that we have to wait longer but this is another sign that its bad, which proves me right.
Omg it proves nothing. THERE IS A FREAKING ACQUISITION IN PROCESS. You think they have the luxury of just proceeding as if nothing is happening. All of Fox's films have to be released by a certain date (that we the public have no idea about); there's going to be a lot scrambling going on for all of their films.Oh c'mon! Lmao i hate that we have to wait longer but this is another sign that its bad, which proves me right.
XMA wrapped Principal Photography in August 2015 (with them still doing 2nd unit work in September). The first trailer was released in December that same year. That's a 4-month turnaround.
DP wrapped October last year and only released its trailer this year. That's an 11-month turnaround. There are no excuses for not having "action or great moments (lol) of the film." I mean you can make up some (and you have) but they're not valid.
I think you forgot some things, but I'll remind you, DP went through reshoots that took time to happen because of the non-date matching with some actors, those reshoots happened a few days ago and lasted for practically 3 weeks, rumors say most scenes of action of the film is in this 3 act that is being improved, so putting those scenes that are being modified or improved with effects still without finalized in a first trailer would be a disaster, and you would probably criticize (even more) so that's not an excuse, it's just logical.
