It would definitely leave the door open for the introduction of a new character--even though I don't see them putting much emphasis on the development on Cerebro, it's still possible since it was quite pivotal of a plot device in the first two movies..

no, i think Xavier's family was wealthy to begin with...i think his father was very wealthy in the field he worked in and the reason Juggernaut's dad married Xavier's mom because she was very rich after Xavier's dad passed...
