Just making sure, cuz it definitely screams Whedon. It's really funny if HE is the guy who tackles Batgirl after that.
Yeah, about that...

Sorry, I probably should clarify. I think I felt that the feeling or air of the scene reminded me more of something from one of the Burton films as opposed to the more recent Nolan ones.
It's probably a waste of my time, but I'll never wrap my head around the adulation for Affleck's Batman. Granted that one fight scene was pretty great. But based upon a 5 minute action scene some people consider his Batman to be definitive? I have a hard time understanding how those same fans could justify his performance in Justice League. Phoning it in would be too kind and I still can't get over those awkward comedic moments "I don't not...(like you)" and the childish giggle with glee he gets when he sees Superman arrive. Cringe worthy.
It didn't? I saw it in a bootleg of the movie.How would you even know that scene exists without having shown up in the theater? The reason JL grossed less than MOS is because of BvS.
Most people aren't you, it bears mentioning.
It seems to me that most things people like about Affleck has nothing to do with Affleck.
Voice = modulator.
Action = director, stunt guy, editing.
Suit = costume designer.
As for being considered definitive, don't be fooled by the minority. Bale always comes out on top in internet polls.

Glad Whedon is out.
100% agreement. Speaking of the modulator. Was his voice that much of an improvement over Bale's? I personally never had a problem with Bale doing the 'voice" and it made sense. If people complain about bale's, i'm not quite sure how they can say Affleck's is better simply because he's using a 'modulator'? I actually found his less believable.
I never liked Affleck's robot voice. I'm not against having a voice modulator, but it doesn't need to sound digital. It ought to just be lower.
I'll finally include this to the laundry list of things need to be fixed to redeem DC movies after this dark phase of the DCEU.Modulator approach works well in the Telltale Batman. Afflecks sounds waaaay too robotic, even when hes out of the robot suit he fights Superman in.

"I killed Jimmy Olsen cause it's cool, and there is no room for more characters"Batman shouldn't have a robotic voice at all. For all the criticisms Bale's bat voice got, at least he still sounded like a person. And Batman has been said to have a hoarse and growling voice in the comics;I'd love to know where Snyder got the idea Batman should sound like a cyborg.![]()

When asked about Wakandas real-world commentary on immigration and providing refuge for the impoverished, Coogler told Empire in a recent interview that it was something that they wanted to do because they wanted Wakanda to feel like it existed in the real world, which was partly inspired by Gotham City in Christopher Nolans The Dark Knight.
I remember watching The Dark Knight and the film having commentary on privacy, commentary on terrorism. And that was all stuff that felt like it was of the now, so it made Gotham City feel like it was somewhere in the States. So I wanted Wakanda to feel like it was of the world. And with Daniel Kaluuyas character [WKabi] is talking about is, I feel like its a conversation Wakandans would have if Wakanda was real. One rule we had was we didnt want any dummies in this movie. Everybody in this movie had wherever they stood on in terms of where they thought Wakanda should go, they should be able to articulate their point.

So you enjoyed it ehhh?What? Nolan's TDK Gotham is so bland. It's just Chicago. #NotmyGotham
Seriously that's great. Add BP to the list of great movies inspired in some way by TDK.
