^ Hes #17

If he wasnt so damn stupid (I still remember him at the nfl combine in 2005) he woulda done huge last year. Not like they need another reciever; but this guy; Megatron and Santonio Holmes are the recievers of the future.

If Bellichick is clever; whenever the need a touchdown badly theyll line up cjac with moss and stallworth; noone will pay ANY attention to him.

hold up? y'all saying line up this WR with MOSS and STALLWORTH!!! have u all like....forgotten about welker?

Does someone have a deck of "race cards" here? LOL Why is it racist? There's nothing even remotely racist about that.

Who's C-Jac? And why are sports nicknames so unimaginative?

I mean, what if they did that with Patrick Ewing. :o

Wait, is Maroney from Wisconsin or Minnesota? Either one, he still sucks :cmad:

C-jac is former florida/ Hoover High star wide out Chad Jackson. "C-jac" sounds good ala A-rod. Big Papi & Ocho Cinco is still my fav nickname though. Those guys oughtta just change their names; I mean "Home Run Big Papi!" or "Ocho Cinco scoreS!" sounds better than their real names :o

Maroneys true love is kool-aid like any black man
Why the **** does he have Kool-Aid bling? I like a nice, tall glass of the stuff myself, but this is ridiculous.

P-Ew, huh?

*wait for obvious joke*

Well, despite a sure-fire HOF career, he did stink it up from time to time.

How has Bill Simmons not mentioned this exact joke yet?

Lastly, I hope this hasn't been posted, but I'm too lazy (and arrogant) to care.

Report: Kimmel Banned From MNF
Talk about cutting straight to the punch line.

It took Jimmy Kimmel a matter of 10 minutes to do what Dennis Miller needed two years to accomplish — getting the heave-ho from "Monday Night Football."

ESPN will no longer allow Kimmel any guest appearances on MNF after the ABC late-night host made several jokes about recently-fired analyst Joe Theismann, The New York Times reported Wednesday.
Kimmel, who joined Mike Tirico, Tony Kornheiser and Ron Jaworski in the booth during the third quarter of the Giants' 31-10 win over the Falcons, joked about where Theismann was, insinuated that Kornheiser got Theismann fired (their on-air chemistry was often a topic of debate last season), and later remarked, "I'd also like to welcome Joe Theismann, watching from his living room with steam coming from his ears."

Kimmel's comments were "classless and disappointing," said Jay Rothman, ESPN's MNF producer, according to the Times. "It was cheap. The more he went on, the worse he got."
Rothman then affirmed that Kimmel would not be invited back.

Reached by the Times, Theismann said he was more amused than annoyed by Kimmel's comments.

"I don't have an opinion about what people say, but it's nice to know you're missed," Theismann said. "It's interesting that people remember me."
Theismann later added that MNF "has become Tony Kornheiser's show."

Actually, the bigger punishment would be making him sit in on the broadcast each week, listening to the Uninteresting Trio. :o

i expect Faulk to steal some carries

Whatll happen is Maroney will run it 10 outta the first 15 plays; comes out faulk while brady passed; then itll balance out with another 14-15 over the course of the game.

lol...alright...u seem to have it all planned out

somethjing tells me the dolphoins will think there gonna pass most of the time, (the PATS did that in the cowboys game)
then the Pats will do the switcheroo. but whip Maroney until he does good for once :oldrazz: and then BOOM! take er home! that's Y Miami is 0-6.
that's my thought

I actually enjoy MNF's crew for entertainment.

Sure, at times their commentary focuses around whose the bigger story and not the game - bad for footbally analysts - but they aren't boring.
