obviously dolphins will lose...but i dont think maroney will show huge stats...but idc if he does cuz i got him on one of my fantasy teams...

maroney was averaging over 5 yards a carry and now hell be getting over 20 for the first time all year AND....its Miami.

Pats will win because...their the Pats.

Miami will lose because....their Miami.

Funny if Maroney doesn't even play

He took part in practice today. With Sammy Morris out, I think he will play this Sunday. There is always the possiblity of him sitting another week because they're playing the Miami Dolphins who don't look to sharp.:cwink:

P-Ew, huh?

*wait for obvious joke*

Well, despite a sure-fire HOF career, he did stink it up from time to time.

How has Bill Simmons not mentioned this exact joke yet?

In typical Simmons one-liner fashion, "How has no one thought of this yet?"

This fool is sweet as bear meat-I hope Bob Sanders and Marlin Jackson, Reggie Bush his hide.

Maroney would break his ankles with a juke so you oughta hope not :o

In case you aint never seen Maroney dance; you missin out for sure...though YAHOO.COM's article says maroney is out for sunday but talks about how he is looking good in practice (?)

i would be VERY surprised if he doesnt get SOME playing time; if not for a warm up for the challenging redskins the following week.

then again; what am i saying? the only reason Maroney would be out for sunday is if belichick looked at Miami as an easy win joke; which of course he doesnt. I would be shocked if maroney dont play sunday because it would be for physical reasons.

Shheeet, The last RB to make the COLTS D looks silly was Ron Dayne, and more important MJ Drew, but he just ran hard.

I look for him to sit, Belichick shouldn't run that brotha into the ground. He's hurtin at the moment in the RB position, he won't take MIA for granted since they were the last to beat them before the Champs, but still the season isn't even half way yet.

Yes Moss was traded for a 4th. Chargers got robbed but Chambers is def an upgade to their WR no doubt about it.

Its a move the Chargers needed to make... when LT is having a bad day... Rivers looks lost... that offense can go to the next level with a game breaking WR. Its a move they had to make. THe guy still has a good four/five years left and they have him signed long term for NFL standards... they now have the complete nucleus they need on offense. On paper they are good enough to beat the Pats in the divisional round IMO.

That's funny. Chris Chambers suddenly is the final piece that propels San Diego above the New England Patriots. I coulda sworn he was a guy who for most of his career flashed gamebreaking potential but more often than not was a big underachiever during his tenure in Miami

Also consider though:
Trent Green(4 Games)
Daunte Culpepper
Gus Freotte
Jay Fiedler
AJ Feely
Cleo Lemon

Not exactly HOF'ers throwing to him....He's a big target in the Redzone, with good speed and hands, he shoudl do well in SD

chambers was havign a break out season until trent green got hurt; hel lbe rivers go to man.

I actually enjoy MNF's crew for entertainment.

Sure, at times their commentary focuses around whose the bigger story and not the game - bad for footbally analysts - but they aren't boring.
*cough* everyone on CBS *cough*

Tony Romo
Jamal Lewis
Micheal Turner
Fred Taylor
LJ Smith
Eugene Wilson

I'd expect Jerry Jones to get a deal done with Romo before the season ends.
