God, you know this thread is getting too Pats-oriented when we're discussing a stupid piece of paper.

We would be talking about the Rams actually getting back to .500 but they are out of everybody's mind because they were out of contention for so long this past season.

Falcons Defense-TM-Falcons Jan. 17 - 11:06 am et

The Falcons are expected to re-open their head coaching search after losing out on Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett.

Former Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan is still in the running, but is no longer considered the Falcons' top choice. It appears the organization may have changed its tune on Ryan after hiring new GM Tom Dimitroff.

Dolphins Defense-TM-Dolphins Jan. 17 - 10:58 am et

Cowboys DL coach Paul Pasqualoni is expected to be named Dolphins defensive coordinator, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

It's unclear when the hire will take place. Cowboys DBs coach Todd Bowles is also expected to head to South Beach to become assistant head coach/defense. Miami is pursuing Hall of Fame offensive line coach Hudson Hauck as well.

Well this thread isn't called the 2007 New England Patriots thread. It's the NFL thread.

Meaning we can talk about anyone but NE and I'll be happy.

F*** the Patriots.

Marvin Lewis states Chad Johnson WILL NOT get traded this offseason....The Eagles could have used him :(

Heh Heh.

If they weren't playing the Chargers for the AFC Title, I would understand.

Well the Packers are playing the Giants for the NFC title.

It's not my fault nobody is talking about them. The Patriots seem to be the talk of the NFL thread. I would be glad to talk about the legendary Brett Favre or Eli "Lucky" Manning.

Lucky my foot. He's unstoppable! The watch commercial says so!

I have to give him his due, he's played pretty damn well the last couple games. I am sure the real Manning will soon stand up though.

Ravens Offense-TM-Ravens Jan. 17 - 12:32 pm et

Eagles assistant coach John Harbaugh is on his way to Baltimore for a second interview with the Ravens.

PhillyBurbs.com speculates that Harbaugh could be offered the job by the end of the day, but mentions a Baltimore Sun story that Marty Schottenheimer has re-entered the picture in Baltimore. Schottenheimer has said he's not interested in the job, but his agent continues to say that he'll consider the "right offer."

Randy Moss-WR-Patriots Jan. 17 - 12:52 pm et

In an exclusive interview with the Boston Herald, Randy Moss admitted to causing the woman who recently brought a temporary restraining order against him bodily harm during a heated incident on January 6.

"It was a slight injury," Moss said. "And as a man, I was sorry. I was sincere. This woman claimed I committed battery. What I know battery to be is you really physically beat someone up or do something really bad." Moss has a January 28 court date to determine whether the restraining order will be made permanent. He's not expected to face criminal charges.

....

I didn’t do nothing wrong,” Moss insisted. “She’s (Washington) a friend of mine. We had no relationship. It was just a friendly gathering. The young lady got hurt, she really did. It was nothing serious. But when you all find out what it is, everybody’s going to laugh.”
I'm laughing already, Randall. :lmao:

No matter what happens, Eli and Peyton are still... *sing* BROTHERS til the end of time..

Anyway...in sequel news
