like someone else said....we're talking about a draft that is a long time off and who knows what can happen between now and then.....McFadden could get hit by a truck next week, who knows??? Hart could be killed by flying monkeys.....and then where does that leave the mock draft and Mel Kiper (EPSN only lets him out of his box during that time of the year anyway)

I'd like to interrupt this discussion of prospects to mention that Jared Allen is tied for the league lead in sacks (at eight), and the person he is tied with is Osi "I had six sacks in one game" Umenyiora. And Allen missed the first two games of the season.

KC defensive line, FTW.

It doesnt even matter, Norman. Excel wont even budge.

From what? McFad will do fine but Hart will have the biggest rookie season easy; especially if he goes late and gets to a good team in need if a rb like Detroit of Green Bay.

The Saints will move to LA within 5 years.

are you aware of the amount of bad publicity that the NFL will have to deal with if the Saints try to move out of New Orleans??? I can see the mayor now bashing the NFL for trying to rip the "soul" out of New Orleans....and the NFL would never approve the move anyway...

Well I think LA will get an NFL team.

Its just too big of a market not to have a team.

Osi did get a touchdown though....and I had the Chiefs D in fantasy this week...along with Rob Bironas....so I had a good week

Toronto will get a team before L (toronto bills)

Glad I got to watch the Titans winning before my Birthday. Either way the Titans can benifit with whoever wins. The Colts win then the Titans are back in 2nd because at the moment they own the tiebreaker over the Jags. If the Jags win than the Colts aren't running away with the divison and are one game back behind the Colts.

I'm terrified of Allen whenever Denver plays KC, Osi only got all that attention because it was against McNabb on national TV.

the Giants defensive unit is exceeding expectations though.....why are people so loath to give them even a little credit.....

The munch bunch have been outstanding this season.

Right, because one guy getting six sacks in a single game happens all the time. It wouldn't have garnered any mention at all if not for McNabb and the national broadcast.

Most Giants fans I know were really worried going into this season and I am thrilled that everything is working out so far.....I'll be happy with 9 or 10 wins.....

Not to mention there were also 6 other sacks on McNabb that game. That left tackle was getting blown past seemingly on each down.

Well it garnered more attention due to it's national broadcast was my point.

^ I disagree. 6 sacks in one game is huge. Just like the Titans 8 field goals in one game. That wasn't a national game yet it's all over the front pages of every sports section.

I won't knock what Osi did. I watched that game, and every time he got another sack, my jaw dropped a bit. I was just pointing out that the person he's currently tied for in most sacks has been able to do it consistently. Osi's played every game, and yet only two have come outside of that one incredible performance. Allen has done it consistently, even after missing two games.

That's usually how that happens. Nobody consistently has 6 sacks a game though. It's just a abnormally awesome achievement for one game. If he does nothing else all year than that sucks for him.

But that already hasn't happened. Didn't he just run a fumble recovery from a sack for a TD in the last game?

And who knows if he will? He's certainly been good enough in the past, but I think most teams will know better now than to just leave one untested lineman to block him all game.

Jared Allen, on the other hand, has a motor like a muscle car, and if you watched the D without him at the beginning of the season, it's clear that he's its star. The man is basically Captain America out there, finding new ways to get it done.

If only he and Bob Sanders could team up, the world would be a safer place.

Chiefs D got me points this week in fantasy....they have a bye next week so I have to play the Titans D...which hasnt been impressive lately....
