Well that's part of the trappings of being a star, the girls and parties come easy, some don't go that route but some love to bask in their fame, the problem is many don't know who to trust, they wonder if they are getting set up to have their coin take and love the idea of variety, then of course they can get jipped the other way, where the girl sleeps with them and cries rape.

In some ways i can see why guys like Brady and Romo have went for women that are themselves affluent, it takes away the "she's after my money" worry and also removes the rape trap, even if the girl is only with him to add more star to her cache' he can have fun along the way and not lose his money or get accused of a crime.

Randy says he knews the girl 11 years and trusted her and even now has trouble getting mad at her or meaning her harm. So trust and knowing her really was not an issue.
