But if you look at it from Gordon's perspective, he was promised by management that he would not be offered in any trade. He had to go from 'Man, playing with CP3 and Blake is going to be sick' to '****, I'm being traded to NO! I feel sick'.

But they had been there through all the s**ty years. (Kamen at least.) And just when things were starting to look up, boom, gone to an even worse situation. And I really feel bad for Gordon. They straight up lied to him and told him they weren't gonna trade him. Had he known what was gonna happen, he probably wouldn't have signed the extension.

I agree with these other kids that Stern would have turned that down. That's why I would've offered Bledsoe and another 1st rd pick instead of Gordon.
