The Dark Knight 4 "Dark Knight" Scenes to be Shot in IMAX!

Why are his eyes perfect circles unless some of the apperance is applied makeup?

The hair and skin are caused by the accident.
The black eyes and lips are makeup.

I thought the scene took place at night?

lol and I think it sfunny that people are saying he self applies the make up.

Ok, lets think this through here. All these shots are clearly from the Bank scene. Is it more easier to:

A.Wipe off flesh tone make up and brunette dye
or
B. Take off mask, apply green hair dye, and then put on white make up right in front of everyone. I highly doubt the Bank manager would sit there like, oh no, you're a freak! You're putting on make up, ahh!

He's clearly the Joker in the bank scene looking at that pic, and plus the other spy pic, the first shot of Joker we got.

That new pic makes Joker look like a skull with green hair and long red lips. A much better picture. I like it much better.

I dont know if anyone noticed but there are different versions of the Joker here it seems. The picture where we see him in the Joker makeup is a different looking suit than the official picture of the masked guys. The joker picture has a blue shirt and a dark blue suit. But the Mask picture shows him in a greyish brown suit and a patterned shirt which doesnt look anything like it's blue, and it's different to the set picture costume too. And you can see he isnt wearing the makeup under that mask. It's just a hunch but couldnt they have filmed two bank robbery scenes at this place? Maybe he robs the bank more than one time, once as a normal guy and once as the Joker?

I have not followed every single report to come from the set, nor have I read all the speculation related to them (mainly because I have a life), but it seems pretty obvious what happens. The Joker is a mental bank robber at the beginning of the film. He and his gang rob the bank, and make their escape. They get foiled by Batman. Even though he manages to escape, something happens to the Joker (be it a a zip wire to the face [which I am not buying totally], a batarang, broadsowrd - whatever), which makes him lose his ****.

PS. Maybe he falls into a chemical silo, causing the de-pigmentation of his skin, but, at this point, I'm happy for it to be a make-up job. Not fussed either way.

Sweet fcking jesus! I don't like the scarred look, but I think I'm able to live with it after seeing this picture! He looks scary! And I love the "Cesar Romero" hair that someone complained about in previous pages. He actually reminds me of the human/alien hybrid in Alien Resurrection :joker: :

No, there will not be two bank robberies. And no, the Joker IS wearing the same outfit the entire time. We now just have a better close-up picture of it. Until now we've relied on less than museum quality spy shots. Again, keep in mind, this is a bank robbery, so the scene will go by quick. There is neither time for Joker to put on white makeup (which i dont even know why or who threw that in there in the first place because thats ridiculous) nor is there time to wipe off flesh-tone facepaint before he reveals himself, only to look like the Joker as he makes his escape, at which point it would make more sense to be painted up normal then so he doesnt attract attention as he's making his getaway. it just doesnt make sense.

as for why he looks different - maybe it was filmed so you never really got a good solid look at the back of his head or neck

Wow, just wow.. i can't think of any other words,

Question remains..before or after the zip line.

As soon as I seen this pic the following happened:

Had a fangasm, after recovering from the shock of seeing this
Put the pic as my wallpaper
Watched th end of Begins
Listened to Batman's main theme at the end of Begins.
Went back to look at pic again

lol

I must say though, i love the fact he is still hiding his actual look, a super close up shot, and now a blurry shot behind that glass, fantastic!

Can't wait to see Batman now!

Thinking this over, I think Mr Clay is right. First of all, I don't buy the zip line thingumujic, just as I don;t buy most of the Miranda and her elusive "source's" spy reports, which I think are nothing more than informed speculation at best, and fanwanking at worst.

I don't think we will see the origin of The Joker. He will have his white face - and it can be make up, who knows (personally, I think it is - apart from the scarring round the mouth, I think The Joker wears white make-up on his face, and shoddily applied red lipstick round his mouth) - and his "Bermejo smile" from the get go. It seems that he is wearing a clown mask just like the rest of the goons. They don't have to put Ledger in full-Joker make-up while filming most of his scenes with the clown mask, so that can account for the set photos where he does not sport the actual Joker look.

The most probable scenario is that there is a bank robbery; it goes slightly awry, the Joker kills the bank manager, and, either before or after the shooting, takes off his mask to reveal his face. That second photo when he is staring down at the camera might be a scene where he looks down at the bank manager, but that's conjecture.

maybe there is 2 bank robbery scenes...
one pre joker. showing him being betrayed.
the 2nd robbery being the big reveal. where he steals back what he was stealing the 1st time.

whatever is the case, this latest pic is spot on clown prince of crime.
thats the joker!!! in all his white skinned, green haired, evil smiling glory.
and i am stoked.

Wow... just wow... not only does he seemingly have the awful looking cut smile, but yellow/green hair as well, taken directly from the 60's TV show.

I think allot of people may eat there words when a full shot is released, because to me, even through that glass.. he looks like a joker, but i'm willing to bet money that he will be the scariest joker yet.

Kinda like those who doesn't swallow everything that is preferred by a majority.
The only difference is that, unlike you, I'm not going off of pure assumption. You really cannot please everyone, but...(wait for it!) people can enjoy something of their own accord, go figure!:cwink:
