Thank god it's just in the comics. Superheros should never have kids, never, having a kid = having a family, and you gotta take care of him/her. You can't go out putting your costume on and take care of criminals or whatever.

What do you mean "just in the comics"? The comics are the main arena for comic book characters. Hence the snappy, italicized name.

Just in case anyone was curious. This is from DeKnights Blog.

guess the only question that won't have anyone up in arms is:
Will the premiere be consistant with the TBC ending of Vessel and catch up right where we left off? (Tempest/Commencement ended with TBC and Vortex/Arrival picked up where the timeline left off, while Exodus/Covanant, just ended and Exile/Crusade picked up after time had past.)

We'll pick up exactly where we left off.

Zod doesnt have a body though, so if they were to move his spirit into someone else, it would just be a nobody. At least with Lex, we'll see the repercussions of it all.

Is it me or is Rosenbaum starting to grow in the Zod facial hair?

Might just be reaching here.... don't know exactly, but for some reason Rosenbaum's current facial hair- with goatee- could look somewhat like Zod. Probably just a coincidence though- any thoughts?

And for those wondering whether or not everything was planned from the beginning- for the way the plots would unfold.... it was all planned-as far as I can tell.

I can tell this because I am kind of a new Smallville fan- started watching during the middle of the fourth season. I watched the first three seasons leading into the fourth from beginning to end, one right after another. And one thing that I noticed while doing this is that the show really has a great continuity, small hints of what is to come in following seasons or following episodes are scattered through the seasons that I noticed from this back to back 'episode marathon'.

Rosie always grows out his hair during the hiatus, Zod won't have hair when the sixth season airs because Lex doesn't have hair.

I can't see them having Lex get his hair back only while Zod is in his body...

I agree, a lot of the stuff they do in the background is easier to enjoy when you watc hthe episodes close together. You tend ot forget a lot of little stuff on a week to week basis when it first airs
