I would say that pretty much sums up the plan, IMO.

I have two questions:

1) What does IMO mean?

2) How the **** are they gonna survive this? I mean come on. Martha survives two meteor showers and a a bloody plane crash that's going to hit a mountain. Is she imortal or something?

In an interview Al Gough said that "when Clark does come back from the Phantom Zone, what will it have done to him?" So do you think will it have done to him? How will it change him?

I think that with all of the Kryptonian criminals all vying for revenge and coming after him because Jor-El put them there. He'll start to see some similarities in him and Jor-El because the phantom zone is Jor-El's Bellereeve. And he'll see Jor-El in a different light. And it might start a more meaningful relationship than Clark disobeying Jor-El all the time.

Y'know, this conversation makes me wonder... If Krypton was in danger of exploding, why didn't the kryptonians retreat to the phantom zone, in hopes of someone releasing them. =X

If it's similar to the original story, The Kryptonian council didn't believe there was any danger, and Jor-El was the only one taking it seriously. So he was the only one to build any sort of ship.

I was looking up the history of Zod and found this article, which I thought was interesting. It seems that Smallville's introduction of Kryptonian criminals existing in the Phantom Zone as spirits only is something that has existed before.

I discretely sent him an email, just telling him to be prepared for a fight. I didnt actually think he would make an apology on the Board. I admire him for that. Not many people in his position would own up to something like that.

I'm guessing it's about the origins of Zod. DeKnight said he was created for the movie and not the comics. I think she must have pointed out that he appeared in comics before that.
