Clark'll most likely get shot or injected or tagged somehow with a little with of liquid mixed with tiny tiny fragments of kryptonite, just enough to weaken him... that way when Lois actually fights him, Clark will get his ass kicked... it'll probably be done intentionally so that way Clark won't hurt Lois. How else could it go I mean? unless he gently taps Lois on the head to knock her out but I'd doubt they'd show that, that would be remarkably stupid.

Think about it, without his powers, if there was a genuine Lois vs Clark smackdown... Clark would end up hospitalized if Lois really wanted to push it and beat the **** out of him... especially given how she's been in this TV series so far.
