The blood transfusion was done as to make it seem as if Pavel had died in the plane crash as well.

Clearly banes origin story is of a boy with beautiful long flowing hair with all the attention in the world, then a terrible fire takes that hair away from him....leaving no one to care about him...till he puts on the mask!

Anyway, Rag is right. People ask for less exposition and yet no one knows what that transfusion was about.

Thing i love about the transfusion scene, you could completely miss it the point (and a lot of people did) and it probably wouldn't hurt your understanding of the film, but next time you see it and you realise what it was about, it just becomes another cool touch in the film, it warrants multiple viewings for less...sharp people.

Admittedly i am on of the less sharp ones.

That explains the gray in Waynes hair!!! Bane deprives him of any hair maintenance and will watch him lose his hair strand by strand. A most sinister plot indeed.

Ah! Bane is a genius! Yeah i couldnt understand much of bane. But when he says "the fire rises!" its almost like a heil hitler thing. Another complaint is that it just goes too quickly. You really want more

Man, I love that look Bane gives Pavel after he says "I told them nothing!". Hardy really sold that with his eyes.
