How many in that theater actually care about movies? None.
I do. And from a film editing stand point, it sucks. It's an awful edit. Poorly timed, and jarring.
Normal person won't ever notice it. They don't care.
This is why taking a film production class in college should be a requirement. Once you know the "rules" of editing, a bad edit becomes very noticeable. I guess people prefer to look at movies as pure entertainment, not pieces of art that need to be critiqued and studied. I guess I'm gay like that.
