9.03 - Rabid - Discussion Thread (Spoilers)

Ya we just have to hope the episode is more good then bad, or has a good plot going on from premeire/second episode.

So are filler episodes, even though they are stand alone ones, are they still withhin the same universe as the show? What I mean by that is will in future episodes Clark and them remember the zombie invasion or will it be like it never had happen and was just a one episode thing.

filler episodes are still remembered if the writers choses the characters to remember them. For example, Stiletto was a filler but the scene at the end between Lois and Clark moved the overall story along and was revisted in Doomsday.

I think this episode sounds more corny than the Wonder twins episode, but we dont have a lot to go on, so I'll reserve my judgement until further notice.

Ya its hard to judge this/or the wonder twins episode now when we just got basic spoilers and dont know the whole plot of the episode. Some times these episodes can surprise us and turn out to be alot better.

UPDATED 8/6/09: Executive Producer Brian Peterson tells Entertainment Weekly that in episode 3, Lois (Erica Durance) and Clark (Tom Welling) are "in the trenches fighting zombies, and when they catch their breath from fighting, [romantic] sparks will fly."

Reminds me of Speed once Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock decided to have sex at the end of the movie. Since they survived a crisis.... in which Clark and Lois might get hot and heavy after killing zombies?? lol

Well they could only use scenes from episodes they filmed, and when Comic Con happened they were either on Episode 2 or 3
