The Dark Knight Rises Adapting Robin

that kid is going to have to be really good at fighting for a criminal to lose .

If you're trained by someone like Batman I'm pretty sure you'll be strong enough to handle just about anyone. Btw, I think that Dick Grayson is the only Robin that needs to be adapted, NO TIM DRAKE.

No stuff, I was saying there should be no Tim Drake at all unless they can make him less.....goofy.

Tim drake is a good robin i mean, he's great detective and has escaped from the Joker which is something the other robins couldn't have done.

i think of the 5 robin's (Dick, Jason, Tim, Stephanie Brown, Carrie Kelly)

I THINK TIM DRAKE IS THE BEST... I mean Dick was great but everything he did as Robin, Tim only takes to a higher level.................

isn't Tim drake in the future suppose to take on the batman mantle?

not according to return of the joker

That movie alone makes me hate the batman beyond series (not that it's a bad series, just that i just don't like that as being how the batman animated series ended up.)

i didn't like how Bruce ended up in that show. I didn't like how he turned into a lonely old man.

i loved the beyond series; and I love how there is no happy ending for Bruce Wayne. His life as batman affected his mental state causing him to be alone and paranoid of everything.

ok, i just read Knigtfall part one and I think that handled Robin well. He was there but, he was more backup for Batman. That would be good for the movies with Robin wanting to help and Batman wanting to do things alone. More so to protect him which causes arguments and Robin having a need to prove himself.

i like Tim's role in Knightfall... He was much more a backup and much less his own man!

that's what i like about it and its kind of what people here are suggesting for Robin. cos then, he's still in the film and batman is working alone still. so, we're boning two birds with one connie innit. lol

For some reason I don't like Tim Drake's Robin as much as Richard Grayson's Robin but I guess it'd be okay to finally see him in a Batman franchise. Hell, I think that this would be the perfect franchise to have a Batman Beyond type storyline. This franchise reminds me a lot of the 1990's animated series because of how dark & gritty it is.

Btw, here are some cool pictures of Robin/Nightwing that I just thought I'd share:

why not just leave robin with the teen titans?

they're making one with nightwing, and maybe in the next one, they can introduce tim drake. i'd actually like that. as much as i'd want robin in a batman movie, nolan hates him. lol.

Here's something I rushed out on. My ballpen ran out of ink so I'll just have to buy another one later before I go back to work. Based it off a pic of a former child actor. This is my idea of how Robin would look like in a Nolan film.

whoa taht is scary. tehy should totally do taht. and i know what childstar it is but. i just cant remember.

"I see dead people..."

bad actor choice I know, but it was just spur of the moment :D

Certainly one of the greatest drawings and concpets of Robin I've ever seen.

I don't think he's criticizing the art but yeah, as good as that artwork is, Robin looks like a bum. :p

Bums wish they would look that healthy and muscular.
